clearing the car in nigeria ..... u will know that customs are not your friend..... 2016 suv and mercedes benz for that matter... customs show us pepper....... i will urge u if you dont feel buying directly at ur finger tips in nigeria ,you can go ahead to ship a 2016 german vehicle and you will knw the real drill.... customs makes our price of vehicle a little higher.... and make it seems that is we car dealers that are making our cars over priced NO. the thing is kind of affecting our business.... the high goes the exchange rate the higher the clearing charges...... now most people cant afford clearing 10cars at the same time cos they we run out at loose,most dealers we clear the 2cars and the remaining 8cars they fly them in,i guess u knw what i mean....


now this vehicle up here has full duty paid on it...... so you dont expect the price to be the same with the one smuggled in.....ofcourse , a car genuinely bought in america and smuggled into nigeria,the importer wont mind selling for 38m naira without duty when he purchased it for 33m naira.. but for mine ,mine is fully paid in the duty.... do you know if i shipped it in through aircargo and paid the full duty? well i never said my price was a fixed price ,its subject to negotiations.

The problem with the bitter losers in Imo State is that they prefer living in lies amongst themselves thinking that people are stupid. If someone can shamelessly deny free education, deny hundreds of schools, deny even roads he plies on regularly, it makes no sense trying to convince him.

On the ownership of the University it is Imo State owned. Rochas Foundation was already building a free University at the site before he emerged Governor in 2015 and based on reasonable advice donated the property to Imo State as the site for relocation of IMSU which met stiff opposition. The aim is to spread development beyond Owerri as full campus is a major contributor to cash flow around host community and it metamorphosed to Eastern Palm University.

I went there and was highly impressed.

I wish we were still attached to our ancestral land but unfortunately we have deviated. Majority of Igbos now live outside their homeland and have invested all their life savings in foreign lands. There children have not been to the village and cannot speak Igbo language. I think we should spend more time in our villages and develop them. Okorocha has developed his village but we all need to develop ours.

Those who can't make it in Nigeria will never make it in a smaller Biafra, there is no excuse for personal failures. Only failures clamour for a senseless change cos they've not been able to do any meaningful thing with their lives.

Nnamdi Kanu was released to avoid cries of victimization, not because he was fighting for a just cause. How can you insult a country by calling it a zoo and referring to everyone in that country as animals. In countries like China, its either the person is executed or jailed for life.

At the end of the day, if Biafra is ever actualized, which I strongly doubt cos of the numerous Igbo mouths profiting from this one Nigeria, but if it happens, what will then happen to the Igbos and their investments and properties in Lagos, Ibadan, Kano, Abuja? Will they not say they're being vicitmized and deny ever supporting Biafra?

They'll start protesting for dual citizenship right? At the end of the day, the idiots would want to eat their cakes and have it. Seal their own part away from other people as usual and keep eating from other people's zone?

The Yorubas, on the other hand, hardly invest outside the Southwest and as such are the real tribe who have nothing to lose if ever Nigeria breaks up. I dont know about the Hausas but the Yoruba nation is galant. So that mentality that some people are begging for unity is a totally mad fantasy on nairaland.
