Hi ,i applied last year June 5th precisely and till now there has been no invitation. I reached out via email and they replied stating that the process for reunion visa is now presently about 1yr 6months.

I really need enlightenment on a few things. I recently secured admission to study in Frankfurt this winter semester. My issue is with the block account. Read on the website that I have to book for an appointment for opening the account using the online portal and not by email. The next available date I can see for embassy appointment is by June. Does it mean by the time I finally open the account I ll av to book online again for the student Visa interview ?

The process seems confusing. Can someone please show me the right path abeg !!!!!

Hello guys....this should be the first time of commenting on this thread but been following for so long. I recently got an admission to Frankfurt uni of applied science. I just need to find out 2 questions as regards the block account.
1. In applying for the block account one of the documents needed apart from my admission letter is my bank statement. My Nigerian bank account only contains half of the value of the 8700 euros cos I av someone based in Germany sending the remaining half. So would having just 2M in my Nigerian account hinder any chance of them allowing me to Open the account ?

2. With the CBN policy for giving out forex for school fees apply for block account or would banks generally charge one at black market rate ?

bros, no be bobo . The test was conducted in july. It was a dragnet test for abt 40 pple.
Then a function specific test which took place on the 7th of this month. We r stl waiting for the next and hopefully the last stage. Cheers !

@1supremo. I did my interviews in Nov and dec.the last one I did , I was given a form to fill before seeing the HR head. It was very smooth and cozy.but right from dec till date we havnt heard anythn from them o. I know the next stage is with the board of directors but no one has been called and its getting really frustrating. I just want to find out if the process took this long in your case ?

@chidexCORP , my own 2 interviews (HR and CTO) were conducted in november . Seemz u did urz dis december.so I'm so certain u ll be called back.cos almost everyone of us that did the first stage passed.just keep ur fingers crossed. Ok ?

@chidexCorp wen I went for the HR stage, we were 9 in total.I later hrd they called 10more the following week.don't give up. They may still contact you later.it is well bro.
