Romance / Re: For Men, Can You Marry A Lady With This Ideology? by allthingsgood: 10:48pm On Apr 11
Proserpina:
Read the lady's post, she's never against support or contribution but what she's against is this "the moment my feeding is no longer my husband's problem" i.e the husband is not providing or bringing anything to the family.
A woman can support if she chooses but it is not her duty to provide for the family. Let's get that straight.

In the lady's case the man doesn't nothing but wants to enjoy benefit of marriage? That's her point.

Well on another thread a guy like you said we should focus on our beauty grin grin grin. We shouldn't drag the "provider" title with you men grin

@bolded
Just like a husband can care for the family and do chores if he chooses to. It is not his duty to carry baby or wash dishes.

Shameless country, this is enough reason for whoever has left not to return after acquiring citizenship elsewhere.

Some are quoting me to say all sorts of rubbish, your broke, ugly country needs all the help it can get from visiting foreigners instead you are comparing it to developed nations and supporting the fleecing of visitors by our corrupt immigration officers.

Omo, when I leave, I am never coming back. Who Nigeria help to start with. If them dey call countries, Nigeria go show face too.

Agbekpo country, no single level. Only back to back noise and tribalistic animals.

Please go. We don't need you here

So let the authorities do their job.
It seems the lawful citizens are being punished for the inefficiency of the security agencies to clamp down on those bypassing the meter.

How many people does security agency want to clamp down on We are over 200million Nigerians! Can we stop supporting irresponsibility. It's an obligation for you to be responsible and do the right thing. If u don't, then we all continue in this suffering.

Regarding your first argument, are we supposed to pay before service? Do your customers pay you in anticipation that you'll deliver high quality products in the future?

Regarding your second argument, whose duty / responsibility is it to check meter bypass? Yours? Mine?

In summary, put yourself in their shoes. Not just that, relate with with your current realities(I'm assuming that you're a regular Nigerian like majority of those who will be forced to pay this tariffs) . Do your clients pay for your inadequacies?

Keep asking useless questions while remaining in darkness

You are comparuing Nigeria to countries with advanced power supply. Nigeria is expensive because demand is high while supply is low. Its simple economics. The more attractive our power sector is, the more generation and supply and the less we will pay. Also lets not forget that many nigeria bypass power leading to more loss.

I know what I am saying. Good expertise and experience will always give you an edge.

My colleague left Haliburton Nigeria at 38, he presently balling with Chevron USA, and has done great things in a short period of time than most people who have been in the US for years .

How many migrating Nigerians are in Halliburton
There is no basis for comparison. Your friend was already a millionaire and is not an economic migrant unlike 90% of others

Surviving buharis 8 years of calamity and backwardness only to be slammed with tinubus monumental disaster of administration just within a year, having a possible 7 more years to deal with is worse than hell fire

If you have a legit means to travel armed with skills or qualifications that can fetch you money oversees, don't think it twice, move

If not for yourself, at least for your children, because no indication this country will be going to back how it was about 10 years ago when things were still bearable before APC hijacked and destroyed everything

The politicians who ask you to endure and adjust to the harsh realities of this country, their children schooled and loved abroad, if last last Nigeria cast finally, these people have back up for themselves and their loved ones

Remi tinubus was berating Nigerians that travel abroad to work taxi and other jobs, meanwhile MC oluomo children schooled and loved abroad, some of her husbands kids which I don't know if she's the mother are living oversees, and you sef dey follow her berate Nigerians, while you starve and struggle and nemesis deal with you here?

While u are there writing epistle of lamentations, young lads are going into ICT and real estate and cashing out. Rushing to uk to go and become meaningless care worker and be living hand to mouth, when all the opportunities are here in Nigeria

:PSenegal doesn't have major tribes fighting for supremacy.

Senegal is not divided along religious line. They are over 90% Muslims, so its very easy for them to unite.

Nigeria is too diverse. NIGERIA is not supposed to be a single country at all, so there is no basis to compare Senegal election to ours.
Ethnicity and religion play a big role here in Nigeria and you cant do anything about it
It is what it is.

The only solution to Nigeria problem is regional system of government or true federalism.
If every region control their resources, nobody will care who is President and who is not.
The presidency will just be ceremonial.

I am tired of hearing this rubbish. You people only ever think of controlling resources, what about the adjoining responsibilities. States want to control oil, but not ready to spend money to develop infrastructure, rail, prisons. They want state police but not ready to pay more salaries and operationalization of the police. It’s only how to get more resources that will be looted away, and after you will still run back to the federal to bail you out.
