Well, in my opinion, if the government (soldiers) doesn't have any evidence of criminal activity by these individuals but they (government) keep harassing them in the name of getting to tompolo, its simply illegal and an abuse of power.

Was it not in this same country that buhari's forces took out over 1000 free citizens termed Shiites and nothing happened?
