Exactly, someone is jittery.

US Government is jittery (disruptive economic activities)

Other Airlines Operators, especially foreign ones who are exploiting the monopoly.
Allen Onyeama was going to crash prices with more purchase of new aircrafts. His long term plan was to make flight travel affordable to all.

This guy is a national asset!

Truth234:

If someone spins this whole thing in that direction, Onyema will be in a far worse situation than he is now (politicise it).

Joe Biden, pictured with him and his business associate Kuku, is running for US president presently and his son, Robert Hunter Biden's role in Burisma, a Ukraine gas company, is a subject of an investigation in Ukraine and at the center of the ongoing Trump impeachment in the US. Because Trump had pushed President Zelensky of Ukraine to investigate Hunter in hope that his party will use the information to attack his father and gain an edge during presidential campaign.

However, it backfired as some unhappy Whitehouse staff leaked the details and said Trump intentionally held back Ukraine's yearly support fund in exchange for what he wanted. In the USA that is election meddling, similar to what parliament is accusing Russia of doing during Trump's first election. Hence, why Democrats are going all out for impeachment.

Now, here is how it would hurt Onyema and even Joe Biden, this picture carries more weight at this moment than even Naptu2 that posted realised. Onyema, an indicted money launder/fraud seen with the two main opposition Joe Biden and Obama, would be spined by Trump team in such a way that Trump ongoing impeachment would suffer huge setback, forcing the entire Democrat to call for urgent and thorough investigation of the Onyema, as they would need it to clear their association with me. This is where it would get messy, these giants don't care whose heads suffer, but in this case, it would be Onyema as they would push for his extradition to debunk his association with Joe Biden.

In fact, this picture is a blessing for Trump than a lot of people think and could put Onyema in a far dangerous position for rescue. I wish him well.
I will package this picture and a narrative and mail it to Trump and his team. Let's all make it cataclysmic.

I laugh in spiritual reading your comment bro. Nigeria Government is Government of the North, they will never protect anyone from the South East and Asslicking West.
The job of the government is to first see to the wellbeing of the economy and give some form of protection to those growing the economy. Allen Onyeama has shown to be doing exactly that.

Nigeria can't and won't protect thieves.
Allen Onyeama is never a thief and hasn't been established to have stolen a kobo.

This gentleman has done so much for the economy and singlehandedly placing Nigeria into a map that she so struggled with.

So yes, In terms of National interest, Allen Onyeama is a hero and deserves the respects accorded Alinko Dangote.

Of course it is corruption but it didn’t break any of their laws and it was done openly
We are more particular whether the necessary documentations and tax were paid for all the monies made during the photoshoot just like they're accusing Allen Onyeama of bending their banking laws.

I believe that if proper searchlight is beamed on this, there might be at least one law broken in this process. Even if it is spiritual or our own traditional laws. Stupid Americans.

If you know how strict Americans are on campaign finance and how many politicians have been sent to prison for abusing campaign contributions you wouldn't be saying this. Nothing wrong with ordinary people contributing money to finance a presidential candidate campaign because it eliminates the need for a godfather or money bags to influence a candidate like we have in Nigeria. The money was not charged for a photo shoot but just gave them access to snap with Obama and Biden because of their earlier contribution.
This photoshoot happened after the elections.

Mr.Almajiri1, can you see the talk of your ignorant brothers Yorubas and others respond to? This ignorant fellow, and even others on this thread, will forever go on about bullion Van in Tinubu's compound. Yet tell me how many times it must be explained to the Igbo man that Tinubu did nothing wrong as a non-Yoruba lawyer cites below.

Mr.Nationalistic Almajiri1, kindly tell us why it is Igbos who must cite Tinubu or other yorubas when their own is indicted of criminal conduct. Look at the position of the law below and tell me why it is Igbos alone shouting Tinubu did wrong whereas the law is crystal clear no crime has been committed. Igbos may be ignorant of the law and inclined to disregard it, as per their innate lawlessness, but the EFCC is not. Pointless therefore that only Igbos continue to urge them to arrest Tinubu for doing nothing wrong. that is an indication of the hate and tribalism of Igbos , that has gone on unchallenged for decades, others now react to vehemently today because of social media.

I doubt if Deji Adeyanju who submitted the petition and Segalink are igbos.

Nairaland is my legitimate turf bro. It is Nigeria online effectively. Learn to face your side bro and don't make silly statements such as Onyeama "must be protected by all means" to then hide behind 'nationalism'. You'd be nationalistic if you ask Onyeama to clear his name rather than implore we blindly defend and support someone who may be guilty of very serious crimes.

The takeaway here was that Obama and Biden are charging thousands of dollars for a photoshoot.

Fellow Nigerians, Is this not corruption? Shouldn't our government open the books of Obama foundation?

Did they get all the required permits? Did they pay tax on such monies?

That is the fault of no one but the Igbos. They taint everything with tribalism till others are forced to speak and defend themselves. Already Igbos are claiming this is a ploy by "envious" Nigerians uncomfortable with the 'growing profile of an Igbo man' set to "challenge Dangote" and the "Yoruba, Hausa/Fulani status quo". If that is not paranoia and tribalism then I don't know what is.

In short, nothing, however ridiculous, we will not read from Igbos in defence of their own with other ethnic groups being the target of their paranoia and anger over the action fo their own kinsman. When others then speak in defence of their ethnic group that is when it is tribalism according to you. You would be justified as 'nationalistic' if seen calling out Igbos who invariably always lead with discriminatory utterances against others that inevitably gains the response you see here.
Find those igbos and go play in your turf.

Why did you not take this stance when you proclaimed him 'a national asset' who "must be protected by all means". Why should he be protected by all means when he is just another individual facing criminal charges and obligated to defend himself as we all may be called upon to do someday?

Are you not even ashamed at how you and other Igbos seem to be suggesting that Nigerians should hijack the legal process, in defence of a man who may actually be guilty, instead of simply letting things play out in a competent court of law as any law-abiding person would naturally be inclined to do even if it were his own son indicted of wrongdoing?

Continuously, and daily, you Igbos show you are not naturally law-abiding. This is nonsense. Very tiring and disgraceful nonsense to be honest.
I don't know nor care about what mindless tribalism you guys engage in here that has beclouded your sense of reasoning. You keep mentioning igbo this igbo that. We can't have any meaningful discourse without you collapsing it into tribalism to press home your demons.

I'm nationalistic and make no apologies for that.

I can't believe what I am reading !!!! Look my friend, not all ethnic group believe in the blind support of their rich and successful kinsmen. It may be hard for you to fathom but some of us think no one is above the law and no one should escape justice. Onyeama should therefore face his US prosecutors and clear his name. He is no national asset let alone warrant your senseless talk he "must be protected at all cost".

Anyway, I am not surprised you seem to have a casual disregard for the law. The law is something you obey when it favours you and disregard when against you. This is why many Igbos ,including prominent elders who should know better, can just pretend our court processes do not matter with their noise urging the FG allow Kanu, a man who broke bail, come to Nigeria to bury his mum and leave "without arrest or harassment". You people are too unreasonable biko.
For the records, Allen Onyeama has not been found guilty of any crime. The charge sheet was basically playing to technicalities. The mob action on the person of Allen Onyeama and his brand ought to be protected by every due process loving human.

Allen Onyeama did what a right businessman with real love for fatherland will do. No regrets or questions about his patriotism.

The question now is will the state to whom he has shown such unflinching love and loyalty throw him under the bus to please the most corrupt empire called America?
