If so, then there's a likelihood that the funds are laundered on behalf of someone who the Americans are interested in unravelling hence why a large part the charges in the indictment is primarily focused on money laundering.

Now some of it seems to be coming together, i remember when Air Peace was publishing news paper articles, advertisng on TV that Air peace set to acquire Boeing 737 Airplanes. Seems it was all packaged to support the request for the Nigerian bank to send the USD20m to the fake company in US.

The issue here is that there might actually be something wrong somewhere and the airpeace chairman can still come out of this coz he’s not yet guilty until charged.

It’s just an allegation and with the right legal team he can settle out of court by forfeiting some funds if he’s found culpable.

You can't just go into any route you like to grab pie , every country has it's allocation of numbers of flight it's airlines can fly into another country and how much the country reciprocates . It's not a Lagos bus route ooo
