Uni-Ilorin, FUT-Minna and most Northern universities will ask for it after u've secured admission with them. All universities in southwest will ask for Academic Transcript(some will accept 3 semesters).

It depends on the sch that you choose. Some schs will allow you bring it after you might hav been admitted, while some will tell u to bring it in d course of registration.
