Decrease the multi TV TP 12525 V 30000, signal quality by 3 to 4%, then the signal quality of Afa tp should increase by the same 3 to 4 percent. I'm using a 60cm dish too, and that was how I solved it. Just ensure you're getting about 63% signal quality for the AFA tp, don't go beyond this, as it may affect other TPs. Also, I'm using a qsat decoder. So, if qsat can do it, then your decoder should be able to give you the same or better result.

Certain parts (especially headings) of a spreadsheet could be freezed, such that you can flip through other columns or rows, but the freezed columns or rows can still be seen on the screen. Ok, this is what you will do. Download the other ppsspp app, the one with blue icon, and install. After installation, open the app. You will notice a dark but not blank screen don't worry.
