If you are planning to get Mi Max 3, kindly hold on if u dont want the Chinese version, the Global Rom being sold now has network issues and it drops calls, its a Fake Rom installed by sellers. There is no Official Global version available yet.

So before una go start to dey complain say Xiaomi dis , max3 dat.

If you cannot use the Official Chinese Rom version, av a little patience for the Official Global version to be released.

U need to discuss with the seller based on d type of rom u need for the phone.

This jumia seller wan give person heart attack which one is capolong processor again. Seems he jst copied the picture from one aliexpress seller without proof reading it

So i went to ikeja post office to collect some items that came in on monday and tuesday, while i was there a lady was arguing with the woman in charge at the collection center ( the one dat writes the receipt) seems some of her items have been returned.

She said there is a new law nw that after one week from the date of arrival an unclaimed item will be returned.

I nw asked her abt items that are untracked, she jst shrugged her shoulders and gave an i dont care look, saying someone has to come every week to d post office to know if d parcel has arrived or not, unless u av a loyal post man dat notifies u, unlike me post office has bever called me once. I go there to get my stuffs cos i always choose a trackable tracking number.

Lesson here is this as fibonnacci has been stressing for months nw, try to pay for shipping to avoid stories, and nw that items will be returned after one week, ur free shipping is as good as money gone down d drain.

You are wrong bro,we now ship global versions on express delivery now too,and to be honest,china stable rom aint that bad at all,which you can as well switch to global rom later,the process very easy,if you have the right guide,i might have to do a write up on the switching very soon.

you're wrong. All rom options are available on express shipping with T&C similar to aliexpress's

When I placed order with Noobody he told me global rom is not available on express shipping that it's only offered on AliExpress deal now take a look at other buyers unboxing pictures it tells the full story.

A little warning to people placing orders for phones using normal shipping (through NIPOST), you may be charged ridiculous custom charges. You may want to consider express shipping being offered by the likes of Noobody, Protein0, etc. It is faster and safer.

Correct me if am wrong, seems express shipping only comes with China stable rom, nw also consider the non techy people who prefers global rom to Chinese rom and no single idea on how to flash/unlock bootloader

If our sellers on nairaland can offer global rom on express shipping I think it will be better.

I recently applied the volte activation setting posted some days ago, to be honest it's so damn good.

It came up instantly on my redmi note 5a prime using the 3rd method and since then I can receive call on my ntel line but can't call out, also I don't need to dial dt code or change it to (LTE only) everytime I reboot, signal comes up instantly with the VOLTE logo even before 9mobile.

On my Mi Max it's not the same result I applied all the 3 methods and volte toggle button came up in setting but was not activated for ntel.

Anyone using ntel on mi max with volte setting fully activated?
