In Nigeria, and most countries (and individual states), their constitutions says you must be a citizen to run for certain positions. For some positions, you must be a citizen from birth, and for others, for a period of time (say 7 years). If an oyinbo man can agree to vote for and respect an Igbo man... why can't you? So far as he's qualified.
