A good number of examples but let me mention a few.

Quite a lot of muslims, dedicated muslims, brought up in muslim background have had encouter with Christ and became chriistians. Stood their ground in the face of severe persecution from family members and community because of their conviction.

You hardly see a dedicated christian joining islam.
Most christians who join islam do so based on marriage, politics or money but none will tell you he had a personal encouter with Muhammed.

What I'm saying is that its not culture that determines true religion. Christianity has broken into various cultures and backgroud.

of course there are many coptic and dedicated christians that do convert to Islam on a daily basis. let me give u examples to back up my sayings. check out yusuf estes, kenneth L jenkins, areeb islam, Dr. yahya A.R lehman, Raphael nabaez etc I can go on and on bro I envisage you to google their names and check out their profiles to know why they accepted islam and again all of them are born into Christianity and most of them are even pastors. so your statement is illogical n myopic.

The ministry of labour, the ministry of youth development etc should really look into the employment of youths because I rarely hear nor see ministries like finance, petroleum, power, aviation etc calling qualified people to apply. Is it that vacancies do not occur in such ministries? How do people esp graduates get to apply to work in such ministries? Is it only thier workers that smuggle thier people or persons in them?
