The bike guy said that's how they do collect money from them every time. At Marshalashi side of Iyana Ipaja the bus driver dropped #200. According to the bike guy and bus driver, they delay or refusal to pay the money will result to severe punishment even arrest sometimes. The police force urgently needs to do something about these eyesore acts
