Anyone with a useful information on where else I can get a new board for my Nokia Lumia 625 should let me know please. I was asked to pay 33k to get another board by Nokia Care Centre, Ikeja which to me is just too much for a phone I bought for 37k. |

I gave my phone to my friend to take it to Nokia Care for a repair. He came back telling me that he was asked to pay 33k to fix the phone, reason being that the phone has been opened by someone before. Is 33k not too much to fix a phone I bought for 37k? How could Nokia Care request for such outrageous amount which is friendly at all? Anyways, am looking for somewhere else to fix it. Please help me if you know. |

My Nokia Lumia 625 suddenly stopped working and after taking it to an engineer in slot for repair, I took it to Nokia Care because the engineer could not repair it. To my surprise, I was asked to pay 33k just to repair the phone. That was pretty too much for a phone I bought for 37k. Well, am still looking for where to fix it. Anyone with an info should please let me know. |
