If I may ask, what is illegal about trading compared to public funds stealing and embezzlement when there are no jobs for the so called traders? The best thing to do is to get them off street trading through empowerment and job creation, not by arresting and putting them black marriers to later extort money from them and later chasing them till their death. This is just to bad from Lagos State.
