Pls sir i want a solution on my acer laptop, the window is showing not genuine and colleagues said i should reload the window, now i have get the window 7 software, i inserted it into cd rom, then i press f9 but it didn't brings information that i will select the dvd rom and it enter window instead ,pls how can i reload window 7 on acer laptop?

I unplug my phone from charging and ON it but it came as a surprise when the phone is not turn on and it only vibrate sometimes, any solution for this cus am not ready to buy new phone
