JUST BECAUSE I TOOK A LOAN OF N17,000 AND I TRAVELED OUT OF TOWN INTO A POOR CELLPHONE NETWORK AREA TO WORK; AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO CALL MY PHONE, THE SOKOLOAN COMPANY DECIDED WITHOUT REGARD TO SEND MESSAGES TO MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES THAT I, OGELE LUKE IS ON THE RUN WITH THEIR MONEY AS IF IT IS MILLIONS I BORROWED...JUST N17,000.

I DO THIS BECAUSE I DECIDED TO GO PUBLIC AS THEY HAVE TAKEN TO RIDICULING MY PERSON AND SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT MY WHEREABOUTS, SAYING I AM ON THE RUN.
I AM AVAILABLE BUT CURRENTLY AT WORK AT A POOR CELLULAR NETWORK AREA AND I AM NOT ON THE RUN.

I HEREBY WISH TO STATE THAT THE LOAN WILL SURELY BE REPAID.

THE COMPANY HAS POLICY THAT ATTRACTS EXTRA CHARGES FOR DEFAULTING LOAN REFUNDS OR DELAYED LOAN REFUNDS...THAT OPTION HAS NOT BEEN EXPLOITED OR USED BY THE COMPANY AND THE LOAN IS JUST OVERDUE BY SEVEN (7) DAYS AND ALL THEY CAN DO IS SPREAD FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT ME AND SAY I DISAPPEARED.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, ANGRY AND FURIOUS. MY QUESTIONS ARE:
1. WHO WILL SUFFER THE CHARACTER DEFAMATION THEY HAVE DONE? ME!
2. WHO LIVES WITH THE REGRET OF CLEARING MY NAME OFF THE CRIMINAL TAG THEY GAVE TO ME AFTER THEY RECIEVE THEIR LOAN? ME!

SO I AM NOW TAKING THIS UP AS A LEGAL MATTER AND I WANT THE ORGANIZATION TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT MESSING UP MY PERSONALITY IN THE NAME OF LOAN REFUND.

I NEED THE ORGANIZATION TO PREPARE FOR A PHYSICAL MEETING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BECAUSE I WON'T LET THIS END ONLINE. I WANT TO SEE THE FACES OF THESE PERSONS WHO HAVE TAGGED ME A CRIMINAL.

So l am a lawyer practicing in Lagos Nigeria. I never knew what Sokolaon was, until, my sister called me from the north and sent me a text message already sent to her contacts:

"Good day. Miss. XX (080xxxxxxxx) has your contact on her phonebook. she's very fradulent, she just dupe soko lending company and she is on the run with company money.You are advice to be careful with your transaction with her because she has been declared wanted and will soon be arrested."

I called her and she explained to me that the text messages was sent as a result of default in loan repayment.

I was really angry about the content.

So, I told my boss in the office about it and now our law firm has decided to give FREE LEGAL AID to anyone who has a story similar to my sister's and want to fight SOKO LOAN back.
