Pls you can’t leave a very young dog alone at home for long, it’s suicidal and dangerous. You will be breeding a very dirty dog, for German Shepard dogs they really hate staying closer to their poo, so what happens an hour after you leave the house and the dog messed up the cage, you can only leave 4months old and above dog behind for long, anything younger than that needs training so if you getting one mature is an adolescent or adult dog. The time you will be taking at work is long to have a trained dog

very young depends on the age, but it's very much possible. I got mine when she was a month and three weeks and how she's a year old, I leave my home 4:30am and come back 8:00pm and I still take care of my dog. you just have to wake up an hour earlier to clean where it stays then you'll give it enough food and water that would last through out the day till you return. Then on weekends you'll take it for a walk (that's when it's grown). The potty training cab hold during the weekend. When you come back from work, you'll have to stay like 30 to an hour with the dog, so as to observe it incase you notice any changes. For the loneliness you can get an interactive toy to keep it company.

Is it doable especially when the dog is still very much young?

Can I just drop dry food and hope he/she feeds till I get back.

... You can surely go the self learning routes. I never studied computer science and did not have an IT background when I started. But to the glory of God I am doing ok.

If you ste still a very young man and has parental financial support, you could enrol in the CWG academy.

They will teach you the basics in IT support and end user support skills and also onboard you to job opportunities. (They are also IT outsourcing company to orgsnisations).

Once you get your first job, start building yourself and start growing.

Hi.

It's a good thing that you have decided to align your interest in the IT industry.

You can get any of these certifications and even more as long as you have genuine interest and determination.

What I normally advise people is: IT is super wide, you need to identify where your interest lies.

Browse through the videos/courses on YouTube to check if it interest you. For example, I was once eager to learn programming and devOps like my friends, but I couldn't cope after 1 hour of tutorial. I had to stay in my lane .lol.

I want to assume tou have already identify your interest with the certification path you listed.

I will recomend you start with ITIL, then progress to MCP (I prefer Windows server or 0365 route) it's more in demand, then later MCSA in similar route.

N.B: You might have been hearing that IT guys earn in 6 digits. Its true but it's a gradual phase, don't expect to start earning millions immediately, you have to work and earn your way to the top.

My home tie would be a guaranteed job waiting for me when I get back. (So how do I address this the VO)
Do I need a different letter from the company stating that I would have a job when I get back
Or he can address all that on his part of the letter of sponsor.

Well! I am a software engineer here in the United Kingdom and just graduated, with a start salary of £30,000 which means after deduction I still go home with £1989 = 900,000N at the time of post. But its so because things are very expansive here. House per month is £1200 at most and a lot of bills which depends on the individual. So for me a developer who is earning 200K in naira still live a posh live compare to us here in the UK. When I was still in Nigeria my House rent for a year was around 250K which means I don't have to worry for the rest 11 months.

Hnmm about to finish nysc this July everything just seems overwhelming as an upcoming programmer with basic skills in front end and python
