Tick "No" to previous fingerprints to enable you move forward. That was what I did when i applied for my mum few months ago and the visa was given. Since her visa for Norway was denied, the fingerprint taken then has gone to the dustbin. So tick "No" to previous fingerprints.

Please, am trying to fill the online visa application form for my niece but having difficulty at the point where she's to talk about previous schengen visas. She actually submitted application for Norway visit visa last year but her application was denied. Now I ticked NO for any previous schengen visa and YES that she had previously had her finger prints taken for schengen visa I also indicated the date of her previous biometric but as I tried to proceed to the next page , I got an error message that I must input her last visa number
Please how do I solve this problem

To visit him, apply for visit visa for boyfriend... to get this kinda visa, collate all your chats from the first time you met on wherever Channel , WhatsApp, messenger etc, collate video calls pictures, email exchange, call logs, your pictures together when he visited, pictures with your son and family members, your leave approval, your 3months parsnips, pension state if you work or business documents, he should fill the sponsorship form from the udi if he is fully sponsoring the trip, he should give you his work contract, 3months payslips, house deed, passport data page, your travel insurance, flight itinerary, trip itinerary, your son's birth certificate and other stuff you can show as proof of rootedness/ home ties, very important you write a cover letter explaining your trip... your boyfriend should also write a cover letter explaining your trip... it is also very important that your boyfriend writes a separate letter explaining your relationship... all letters to be addressed to the Royal Norwegian Emvassy in Ghana... you will be paying 80euros visa fee with your credit card when applying on the udi website.. you will also pay vfs charges at vfs office in Lagos or Abuja... you must book appointment with vfs on their website before heading to their office...
Norway visa involves a bunch of documentation!!
Remember, you only submit your visa package and biometrics at vfs center ..no interview, so your letters and documentation are your only explanation... take them seriously...
Them Sabi deny visa oooo and appeal takes one year!!!
Go to the UDI website for the visa checklist and proper guidance

If you guys have met physically, then apply for a visit visa for boyfriend to Norway, and visit him also in Norway to really get to know each other well... don't be in too much haste to get married as 3months is just too short... note also that the Norwegian immigration popularly called the UDI doesn't recognize marriage certificates from certain African Countries Nigeria inclusive... they see it as sham.... please visit him also in Norge and get to know each other more, spend atleast one year or more time together visiting each other before planning marriage... after which you can go to Norway and get married on a visit visa and apply for residence permit afterwards.
Also, the UDI won't grant you fiancé visa for such a short relationship..

SUT sent a mail and said prospective students should sign a declaration form for studies online. The extension till November only applies to students who wants to study online.

SUT told a colleague of mine that they could give her another extension letter until December 1st if they confirm she attended online class in October.. why don't you mail them and hear what they have to say before making a final decision

When some folks were heading to Finland then na so I say e no easy I remain here. They are all doing fine now if not for them but their kids are secured for a life with a diffrent passport

Norway is a very good country considering some aspect( peaceful life, working system, one of the best places in the world to raise kids( tho some say " to raise boring kids" in general, Norway is not as easy as some of us imagine it to be... and especially for people not into STEM courses... the weather is another situation to consider... yesterday, a man was found to have died in his apartment since 2011!!!! the police just found him yesterday... this is to tell you the level of boredom and mind your business attitude in Norway... bottom line, have a back up plan... and you will just be fine... 6 of my friends who graduated from different universities in Norway are now scattered in different parts of the world... just go to Norway with an open mind and you will be just fine.... lykke til everyone...

What we are saying is that in a situation where by the uni only accept deposit for the applicant alone and not for other family members. In the above said case should the money be showed in Nigeria statement and he said yes so might try that.

I believe the bank statement should be in the applicants name and the bank should be domiciled in the country he/she is a resident of. So if he resides in Nigeria, the statement of account should be of a Nigerian bank.

@licia, aren't applying for visa..? not sure you need statement of account for that... correct me if am wrong please... if yes, then you don't need bank statement.. just transfer the money from your hubby's account to the school's... good enough that you and your hubby have the same last name.. would be easy to confirm your payment...

people with 2.2s' get into Norway... just research different schools on studyinnorway.no... some schools may require that you submit TOEFL or IELTS... If you are working towards next intake, then start preparing for some of these exams.. please do yourselves a favor by researching what best suits you... don't always rely on people to give you information that you can easily get yourself....

Sure you can migrate together if you have the funds... And you all will most likely receive visa decion at the same time... But it is wise to go first and have your fam join you later...

My issue is not a big one, I intend to study in Norway and I already got a school I can follow up with (UIT). I just did my change of name recently as I am married but my passport and other documents carries my maiden name, my application requests that I put my name as it is on my passport. Since I intend to travel with my husband, will this affect the issuance of my study permit? I’d be waiting for replies thanks

Go to the UDI website... Every info you need about student visa is there... Also, am not so sure you book visa appointments for Norway unlike Germany... This is because you normally won't attend an interview...

You may apply to as many schools as you want and you can get as much offer as you qualify for...
