Using a modem on PC and creating a hotspot is good. Its also the same thing if you use curve 7 or MIFI(all involves hotspot). I am assuming the speed or the network in the modem is very poor or low as regards to downloading of MB (although location depend).

What connectivity are u using? Wifi on cyber cafe or wifi via BB phones or mifi via MTN and others? Just choose any country you like say US or UK and then proceed. It set my up using the data on BB curve 7 when network is set at 3G. Its was very fast. It took me about 35 minutes to download about 500MB

Guy forget that your 2.2 and apply. Who cares to peruse your credentials. After all even people who had third class were shortlisted for aptitude text talk more of you with a better grade. I wrote that exam last year in Abuja and there was nothing like descrimination. It was only during submition of credential that you are required to submit based on your grade. In conclusion the exam is just a formality. Even people who did not participate in the exam last year was shortlisted for final screening in Onne, River state. Can u imagine that. If u have a godfather(I mean people like chief of defense staff,chief of army,airforce,naval,senate president,speaker of rep,president,his vice,first lady) ur spot in the final list is guranteed. I am talking out of experience with the navy requiring Bsc/HND cus in some state they take just 1 person while the maximum they can take from a state is 3 person which is at the lower end.But God is the ultimate. That was the website the minister of interior announced about some weeks back that will made be available for recruitment into any of the paramilitary agencies(civil defense,fire service,immigration and prison) to avoid the job racketeering rocking the ministry. Other people in the thread can confirm this. Uni kazzy, Sammy4love, AdoOloro and Yota can further confirm the authencity of the fund been requested.
