it's not actually, Our budget has to be balanced so that the estimated government revenue would be equal with the proposed expenditure. Or at most budget surplus so that the proposed government expenditure would be lesser than the estimated revenue. but our country is currently suffering budget deficit. With the country debting 22trillion or there about. What of the monthly state allocation? or will projects suffer because of police?! plus the plan of increasing NYSC allawe. Government need to look into this again.
