I would take it that you now deny your claim that your granddad was earning about N7 in 2002.

That's fine and 'agreeable'
Are you dumb or ignorant. I didn't say he earned 7naira in 2002,i said 5naira was my lunch money in school and his salary was told to me by my mum that as a teacher then he earned about 7naira in 1978 or so

You may need to take a second look at your initial posts.

Yes, in 2002, one could buy alot with #5 but that that was your dad's pay, No I don't agree.

I was in my second year in the university then and best example I can think of now is that at about that time taxi fares in Ilorin were jacked from #10 to #20 naira and us students kept paying the #10 to any taxi headed toward and out of Unilori at the time. It is #50 today.

In 1992, my mum was earning about #435 as a class teacher in the Education Ministry's employ.

Between 1997 and 1999, as a teenager in the sawmill, I had older people working for me and they earned between 70 to #250 per day depending on their input and available jobs.
.
Again, you may need to cross-check what your dad earned at the time.
My grandfather you're still speaking of died 10years ago. I said it was told to me as a story either 7 naira or 70 naira but am pretty sure it's 7naira.1978 there about
Politics › Why Are The South The Ones With The Most Performing Gov. by amaniro(op): 9:30am On Aug 28, 2018
Why are the South the ones with the most performing governors??

The only Northern governors I know are working ;Atiku bagudu , Nasir El rufai, Ibrahim dankwambo

Then the rest?? sleeping in office??

In South we have the likes of Akinwunmi Ambode, Udom Emmanuel, Dave umahi, Willie obiano, God's will obaseki, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Nyesom Wike, Seriake Dickson

All the above governors have always been trending in developing their respective states. Why do North have few achieving governors?

I think northern elites rob the citizens of their entitlement using religious and tribal sentiments! Please I grew up in the North so I know. North wise up!

Crime › Something Fishy About Leah Shahibu Audio by amaniro(op): 7:50am On Aug 28, 2018
Leah Shahibu the last girl anticipating release from Boko Haram uploaded a audio yesterday and presidency said "DSS are investigating or analysing the voice".The parent said it's Leah voice. Is it Buhari or DSS chief that will know Leah's voice than her parent??

That aside in the said audio she said Buhari should " pity her" she didn't say Buhari should "release her" Who can read in between lines and what comes in mind. Why is Buhari suppose to pity her? isn't he meant to release her? is he Boko Haram and is Boko Haram he that will "pity her".A very smart thing comes in mind!

Mccullum:
I totally disagree with you, the schools that was finance with the money of the church members' monies and the members and their children can't benefits from the University due to they're not financially bouyant, even Christ didn't encourage greediness and selfishness, even though those churches from Europe and America that came to Nigeria also help populace on education via paying little for school fees, not charity as you claimed that people expecting Oyedepo to run it on, absolutely no.. But the point is Oyedepo is a business man under the camouflage of doing God's job... And only God knows His worshiper.
Lol. You seem to speak out of ignorance, well I attend David Oyedepo church so I'll tell you better. Every month there is a welfare stuff that everyone will bring what he or she has and give to the poor including the pastor will contribute. David Oyedepo give if you know him like I do. People don't just see it because you see everyone else criticising him you too wanna join without carefully examining. The time they killed over 200 Christians in Jos. He sent his assistant to give them many relive item, bags of rice, beds, small tenets, food stuff, etc I don't wanna brag but 80%of LFC are financially Buoyant including me. Why would you even eye a school that pays 500 thousand. Some people don't pay tithe nor do they pay offering, some put 5naira some put empty papers, all this deceit. As it stand covenant is one of the cheapest schools about 500,400 thousand. Afe babalola pays up to 1 million. Most of Living faith member don't like going to his school because they are extraordinarily strict.
