Looking at the mail you put up here, it's a trick some companies use to hoodwink you when they see you still have some good time left on your current visa cos they won't even bother if they see your remaining time on your visa is too low. By the time you start working with them and you open that discussion they will come up with some company policy excuse. My personal advice if anyone get employed on this basis, use one eye to still be looking elsewhere to avoid stories that touch cos any serious company will sponsor you right away along with the offer

In *theory* yes, any role can be sponsored. But in practice, some roles are much easier to sponsor than others. A *good* cyber security practitioner would gain sponsorship easier/faster than a *good* IT project manager.

Very true, I agree 100%. Specialisation is key, in the IT space, technical roles like cyber security, cloud engineers, data scientists, get sponsorship easier than non technical roles like project manager.

I know, that's why I specified IT project manager. A project manager in construction might probably have a different experience simply because there is a general shortage in that industry. However there is no real shortage of IT project managers in the UK

True he has gained a lot of benefits servicing other countries plus having access to being impactful and among key shareholders in company but concern is the bills as he can hardly save after bills plus hearing that intern are getting same pay as him.

It's intense but as I understand 'supported living', that includes time when they'll be sleeping at the patient's place at night and/or basically just monitoring them, so it's not physically intense whatsoever - as opposed to working in a care home with 'invalids'.

For people who don't mind it, it's a really good gig, lol.

Did you read my post correctly? I’m saying it’s nigh impossible to make that money in 90 days unless he is working full time plus overtime at premium rates which his student visa won’t allow.
For the records I know someone that made an average of £3.5k (before tax ) per month in a care job (supported living) working circa 65 hours a week so it’s doable but the OP’s visa restrictions won’t allow this.

Oops. Then I guess the only option is to raise as much as possible and then appeal to the school for a flexible payment timeline, like I said in the second part.

A Quick Question: Is it possible for a newly employed staff to asked for a raise immediately after probation even though the agreement signed says salary amendment will be done every February starting from next year. But his claim is that the JD was to service uk office but during the probation time he has been servicing all other office ( about 4 of them) and done above what was required of him.

Does Gmap also show you your speed compared to the speed limit.
I couldn’t find this two functions on Gmap and that’s why I am stuck with Waze. I use Gmap for bus, cycling and walking, but Waze for driving.

These are good but subpar to gmap. I’d suggest using google map. I cannot recommend this enough for a new inexperienced driver. I have all three and then some and from a hands on experience, nothing beats google map based on directions and getting you safely to your destination.
