99thEnemy:Make sure you do not have any health issues (like hyperthyroidism). Your metabolic rate shouldn't be very very high that you lose weight with ease |
chloride6:That's if she is not disciplined with her diet. But if she is, she will not |
Buhari4dullard:The procedure she is talking about is called intermaxillary fixation. It is a procedure done by dentists. It can be used on fat people to lose weight. She is not lying |
Kalatium:It is not a new thing. Dentists do it. If you are very fat, it is one way a dentist can help you lose weight |
Kingpele:What serious health challenges? |
classicfrank4u:Make una dey take am easy. You can't die doing it. You will be on liquid diet. |
ntyce:Please keep quite if you don't know what they are talking about. The procedure is called intermaxillary fixation. It is done by dentists. It can also be used for people with uncomplicated fracture of the lower jaw. There is nothing dehumanizing in it. |
WritterNg:Let's not derail the discuss with two many talk here and there. We are on which country have more advanced warheads. Just mention me once and I will respond. No need mentioning me 4 times. It makes responding to your points difficult. I will discuss all other things you said, but let me start with this. Now, you seem not to understand the difference between when a weapon system was developed and upgrades of such systems. For example, the B 52 bomber was introduced in 1955. From that time till now, the bomber fleet has undergone numerous upgrades in avionics, weapons payload, engines, radar systems etc. So, if you assume because the b52 bomber was introduced in 1955, it is no longer relevant in today's warfare, you would be mistaken. So, I will list old ussr era nuclear weapons that are still in active service today and you tell me what advanced upgrades have been made. Also, we are talking about land based systems now. When we are done, we will talk about air based (nuclear bombers) and sea based (submarines) and compare between the US and Russia. 1. US B-61: it came in the 1960s but it has undergone so many upgrades. There is a newer and more advanced version (the B61-12). This one comes with precision guidance. It is a more advanced nuclear weapons 2. B-83: you are mentioning this. Lol. As a matter of fact, the US is planning on replacing the B-83 because it is too powerful. You mentioned the Tsar bomb. Lol. Do you know that the Tsar bomb wasn't a practical bomb?. They just made a large bomb and detonated it. Lol. It was too large and too heavy for military use. It also showed the US that those kind of large bombs can't be used for military purposes. It shows you the mentality of the 2 countries. One created a bomb they can't use, detonated it while the other only test bombs they know they will use. The B-41 was the most powerful nuclear bomb the US built. It was in military service (unlike Russia's Tsar bomb). Even at that, it had to be retired and replaced with smaller, more effective bombs. So, that Russia detonated the Tsar bomb is of no military advantage in today's warfare. Even Russia saw they can't really use it in combat. Na just detonate am, video am and use am show off. It didn't and doesn't give Russia any military edge or advantage over the US. The US can even develop a more powerful bomb than the Tsar bomb. But what's the need? Detonate it, video it, and show it to the world as a show off? Lol. Why would they do that when they are already the world's number 1 military power. Who they want try convince? You? 😁 |
WritterNg:You make me laugh so much. Speak facts please. This is not Hollywood. Lol. The last time Russia sent a submarine to Cuba was in June 2024. The US was informed beforehand and the submarines carried no nuclear weapons. (It was a nuclear powered submarine, but not nuclear armed). The previous visit of a Russian submarine to Cuba was in 2008. 16 years later (2024) was when they sent another submarine to Cuba. Saying Russia submarines have been docking in Cuba is a lie 😅🤣. Have you read of the Cuban missile crisis? I will give you a summary. USSR chickened out of a confrontation with the US. They hurriedly removed every weapons they have placed in Cuba. Ever since then, Russia hasn't placed any weapons in Cuba. Maybe you don't realize Nato's border with Russia increased last year when Finland and Sweden joined Nato. The US has Russia encircled. The US submarines are more in number, more advanced with stealth, more payload than their Russian counterparts. What if I tell you that before Trump and his loud mouth, the US constantly has submarines that encircles Russia and China. One got damaged some years ago while patrolling the south China Sea undetected close to China. It put great fear in the minds of the Chinese. Funny enough, I went to YouTube for something else and I saw an interview Bolton (former national security adviser to Trump in his first term) did with CNN few hours ago. Listen to the interview here. Just listen to the first 3:05 minutes of the video. Mind you, Bolton and Trump are enemies o. So you don't think he is saying this to hype Trump. He stated reality. The US has Russia encircled and Russia knows this. The reason they want to prevent more encirclement by saying Ukraine can't join Nato. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VytpOgHKxiI?si=BEMvYHt1cjbWZhpH |
WritterNg:Let me just name one first as you said and the year it was developed. 1. R-36M2 Voevoda developed between 1983 and 1988. I will wait for 10 of yours before I publish more |
WritterNg:You think it is to have hundred of diverse nuclear weapons that are either obsolete or low quality? Lol. Go ask Google which country has the most technologically advanced nuclear weapons. Be there counting old era USSR nuclear weapons. Lol. |
WriterNig:At every point in time. Lol. Please stop lying. 😅🤣🤣. The US has Russia more surrounded and cornered than Russia have the US. |
HardMirror:And what work is he doing? Lol. |
DAramis:Anything to distract gullible MAGAs from the Epstein files. 😅 |
onome25:Put Real Madrid first and Man U second |
vertueptime:Same way you guys said Russia will finish the war in Ukraine in 2 weeks. ? 😅 |
Omenlon:The whole government structure in Nigeria is a fraud. Cry all you want, but compared to other cities, even in Africa, Lagos, and all other states in Nigeria are mediocres. |
Enugurangers:With the wealth in Lagos, APC can do better in Lagos abeg. |
JuanDeDios:Lol. Go back and read your initial comment. Trying to attribute today's US economy to military-industrial complex is pure foolery. The data on the contribution of military spending to the US economy is everywhere. It's not hidden. Go read and get some enlightenment. Also, go study and understand how the US came out of recession after WW2 and stop lying here that they spent on their military to get out of recession. |
JuanDeDios:Appreciate the size of the US economy and leave all these your analysis. You are sounding as if the size of the US economy is solely because of their military industrial complex. Don't China and Russia spend money on their military. Why are they not the largest economy in the world? Russia's and China's military industrial complex also contribute to their respective economies. Take out the military spending away from all 3 countries, the US will remain the largest economy in the world. Bringing up Nigeria in this discussion is laughable. Lol. Bring up China and Russia and see how their economy also gain from military spending. And which fact about ww2 did you cite? That the US increased their industrial capacity (including military production) to help allies win ww2 means the size of today's US economy is due to their military industrial complex? Na wa for una o. Let me quickly explain ww2. After ww2, the world economy was devastated. It wasn't just the US economy alone. When a country is in recession, one of the ways the government stimulate economic growth is by increasing spending; increased spending on education, infrastructure (roads, railway, airports, seaport etc), on the military. Infact, that's when the government employs many people into federal service. There is increased spending on the economy generally by the government to boost the economy and take it out of recession. This is simple economics So, your assertion that it was solely the military-industrial complex that took the US economy out of recession is not true. Government spending on different sectors of the US economy is what took the US out of recession |
JuanDeDios:Anything you want to say to make you happy, it's fine. But the US military-Industrial complex contributes little to the US economy. Compared to the economy of other countries, it's contribution is large. But compared to the size of the US economy with a nominal gdp of 29 trillion dollars, the contribution by the US military/industrial complex is small (at just 1.6%). Maybe you don't understand the size of the US economy that is why you think their economic power is due to their military industrial complex.

blingxx:But the US still has the largest economy in the world |
cule7:Well, aircraft carriers is primarily for power projection. The US is not situated in conflict zone. For it to quickly get to conflict zones around the world, it needs military bases and aircraft carriers. You don't need to be imperialistic to have an aircraft carrier. China does have 2 aircraft carriers.. |
PotatoSalad:Even in that future of Robotic systems and unmanned aircraft, the US still leads Russia. The only thing that gives Russia world power status is nuclear weapons. Apart from nuclear weapons, when it comes to conventional warfare; stealth fighter jets, long range bombers, drones, frigates, submarines, aircraft carriers, etc, Russia is 100 years behind the US. And the US is not resting. For example, the US currently has the only stealth bomber in the world (the B-2 bomber). They are building another one to replace the b2 called the B-21 raider. Russia doesn't even have one. The only one they have been planning to have is still under development. |
And what did your buhari do when he was president for 8 years? He channeled all his energy towards overseeing the killing of Nigerians by Fulani herdsmen and neglected the infrastructure development of the north. Parasites! |
Intent247:Hiv doesn't kill nowadays. It's just the stigma that comes with HIV that is the problem. So many people that have HIV are living healthy lives. Diabetes will even kill you faster than HIV. But it is best not to contract hiv Sha. Abstinence and protection remains the best option |
FreeStuffsNG:Where is east African hemisphere? Please, Gabon is located in Central Africa |
WeirdAlien:Please, stop displaying ignorance here. The UK's immigration policies is older than Nigeria itself. You entered UK yesterday and you think their immigration policies is driven by Trump. Lol. You are funny. Immigration has been a major issue in the UK since when Tony Blair was prime minister. As at 2010, the UK placed a cap on non-Eu immigration. Was Donald Trump president in 2010? Go read the several agreements that the UK has signed with France and other countries (like Belgium) on immigration matters. When did you enter the UK that makes you feel the UK immigration policies is influenced by Trump building border walls few years ago? You said UK doesn't have land borders. The UK has a land border with the republic of Ireland. You said immigrants from Indians, Pakistanis, swarm to another western country with one western country closes its borders. Lol. You are not serious. The UK is not even a top destination for these guys. Go to the US and Canada, that is where you will see those guys. Like Nigerians, Indians and Pakistanis, and other nationalities see the UK as the Initial stepping stone to leave their countries. Most will later move to the US and Canada. I know the number of people that have left the UK to Canada. I do not know of anyone that has left Canada to the UK. Saying Canada is the most attractive English speaking countries to immigrants after the UK is laughable. The UK is not even in the top 3. It's US, Canada and Australia. The good thing about UK is that it is easy and cheaper to enter than the US and Canada. Most Nigerians who go to the UK is because their jakpa plans to US or Canada didn't work out. Las las, many of them still leave the UK to come to Canada. Lol. There is nothing about UK immigration policies that Canada will be copying them. Every Tom, dick and Harry can enter the UK. But for Canada, you have to be worth it to enter. The process is stricter and more expensive. You said UK's immigration restrictions is to make people pay more, not to prevent them from coming. Lol. That's not true. The restrictions are to dissuade people from coming. Only really desperate people wanting to jakpa go the UK now sha. If you are legit, have your money, US, Canada and Australia are better to jakpa to than UK. If you have the time, read about the history of UK immigration control. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_UK_immigration_control

WeirdAlien:You still do not get it and I will explain. 1. Like I told you before, the UK has never based its immigration policies on whatever is happening in the US. Both countries are not even close. Both are not in the same continent that you will say what UK does will affect the US or what US does will affect the UK. US has no issues with immigration. So I don't know what US is doing that will be giving the UK more confidence to limit immigration. Pasts and present US governments do not have policies to limit people from coming to the US. Their own is that don't come through the southern border. So, where is UK getting it's confidence from? If the US is trying to limit legal immigration into the US, you can say the UK is learning from them. But that's not the case. Moreover, it is Trump who has really made immigration (illegal immigration) a big issue in the US. The UK for years (well before Trump became president) has always come up with one immigration policy or the other. So, I don't know why you think the UK will need to get confidence from the US when the US is not doing what the UK is doing immigration wise and when the UK has been enacting several immigration policies for years, long before illegal immigration became a topic in the US. Your last statement actually buttresssed my point. European countries can copy each other because they share land borders. But nothing concerns the US or Canada with immigration issues in the UK. So, when you say Canada copies the UK in immigration issues, it is laughable. If UK close its borders, you can't just walk into Canada because Canada is not in Europe. You will have to undergo all the rigorous process for visa application just like people from other countries. The UK has only one land border, and that is with Ireland. So, what happens in Ireland can affect what happens in UK in terms of immigration, so both countries can copy each other. But to say Canada that is not even close to the UK is copying UK immigration policies is funny. All the other talk about UK labor laws, ILR etc are not what we are talking about. My point is that European countries can copy each other in terms of immigration so people from one country does flood the other country. But not Canada. It's like saying Australia copies UK immigration policies. |
