High mileage oil is design for cars that are 75k miles and up.. This is by Mobil 1 oil .. I use them on my personal cars and uber cars. The have more additives to protect high miles cars. The older your engine is the more the seals are weaken and wear and tear will increase.. You need better oil to reduce the unwanted fractions in your engine... go for high miles

pls are there no high mileage non synthetic oil from mobil for those who can afford mobil 1?

You need to state the model of car for easier analysis , however what will make a car to go off this circumstances is unexpected load on the vehicle powertrain system which the ecu is unable to make compensation for or the compensation is made but not reflected on the output .
Check the throttle system assembly for dirts
