Most of you waste money on alcohol and other frivolities but you're here condemning someone for not finishing food/or and not "leftovers" home.

Such trivial issues and you wonder why the black race has not progressed nor made significant impact in science and technology.

It is not a must she finishes the food nor take the leftovers home. The only place I can store or eat leftovers is at my house, not bring leftovers from an outing.

The average Nigerian does have poverty mentality indeed including the ones who aren't poor. White people can never sit down to discuss such baseless issues. I remember one time a U.S based Nigerian posted a picture of some pieces of chicken he had eaten and Nigerians started raining insults and calling him wasteful. They expected him to finish every single flesh and possibly eat the bones too Lmao

I live abroad and do not have this problem going on a date simply because the women respect themselves much to pay for themselves even on the first date. And that is one of the negative mentality deeply ingrained in Nigerian women, to feel entitled to a man's wallet, see him as a cash machine, extort him through ''date'' then complain that he worries about you not finishing the food he bought for you.

I will not worry much if she chooses to waste food that she bought with her own money. A lot of time I bought food thinking I could finish it but didn't, I took it home and ate it later or gave it to someone else. Frugality is a virtue I hold dearly, regardless of my socio-economical status.

Furthermore, why can't she take the leftovers home? For me, it is about the attitude, not the amount. Even if the cost of the date in fifty naira, it is of a bad behaviour for a potential partner to display an attitude of wastage. I won't be with such a woman.
