You need to understand what hierarchy means in politics. The Governor runs the administration of the State but there are political leaders that run politics in the State. All political parties have this. Is Kwankwaso not a leader to Governor Yusuf in Kano? Is Zulum a leader to Shettima in Borno. Niyi Adebayo is the APC leader in Ekiti State; not even Fayemi. The way Wike and Fubara is handling theirs should be of concern and the two of them should be blamed.

Are all those you mentioned in different party or on the same party?
