Politics / Re: Multiple Explosions In Niger Republic by aminu150(m): 5:31pm On May 23, 2013
PHIPEX: Uranium exploration factory in Niger Republic? No wonder it's so easy for Boko Haram to make bombs. I can even now better understand why many of the Boko members may not be Nigerians, imagine the Niger republic Governor bears Hausa name?
please get a life bro....dont u know that it was the colonial masters that divided northern nigeria from Niger republic. Nigeriens speak hausa and are predominantly muslims. This is why we regret what the colonial masters did by putting us together with people who dont share same culture, tradition and religion with us. Some ignorant people who have never been out of their little cave(village) will be blaming islam for what some fools who are being sponsored obviously for political reasons.

BITTER TRUTH “Marwa Maitatsine, was a Christian until
his death!!
Back in 1954, there ware series of
meetings by the highest body of Christian
association in the northern Nigeria, in Jos,
which I happened to be the secretary, taking the minutes of that meeting (then, I
was an undergraduate student of Christian
Theology). Part of the result of that
meeting was, to sponsor some people
among ‘us’ to go to Arab countries as new
Muslim converts, and learn Arabic and Islam. Their mission is to come back to
Nigeria as Muslims clerics, use their Islamic
knowledge to preach violence, distort
original Islamic teachings and if possible
cause a riot in the North that will make
northern Nigeria a history. Five people were nominated for the job, and sent to
Sudan to start their mission. 3 of them
refused to come back and execute their
plan, but spent the rest of their lives in
Sudan as true Muslims. The remaining two;
Muhammad Marwa and Birema came back, Marwa was sent to Kano, and Birema was

with saying, wearing a wrist watch is

findings, he expelled Maitatsine out of Kano, in early 60’s. Mai Tatsine was later
brought back to Kano by Gov. Rimi in 1979.
Rimi believed that Maitatsine would help
him win his reelection through charm.
After the Maitatsine’s death, Shagari, the

made his submission in that panel, but
when the President, saw the report, he

saying that northerners control 80% of oil in nigeria clearly shows that we are smarter than you guys. Reason being that your leaders know we used the proceed gotten from the groundnut export to build the oil wells. Also, abject poverty exist only in niger delta, despite the billions of naira given to that region. You wil see people from there who never went to secondary school. All they know is to do oil bunkering.

TO MY KIND FRIEND ACROSS THE NIGER
DELTA:
You termed me 'lazy', though my laziness hasn't crippled me from farming enough Rice, millet, sorghum, wheat, Maize, Onions & 85% of the stuff that make up your daily staple. Ever wondered where and how the
wheat and millet that runs your breweries come from? You said I'm 'unproductive', because my land has no oil. I wish to know how much you payed God for the oil beneath your
feet. Don't tell me your hard-work cause its existence! You mischievously call me 'Aboki' because I choose to be generous, friendly & funny instead of dubious, rude & cunning. you call me 'Malu' derogatorily... .. I regard myself as such because I rear, breed &
transport the livestock which gave u Ise- ewu, pepper-soup, suya, kilishi, kpomo etc. Lets not forget the hide/skin which makes your shoe markets thrive. My dear brother, Nations have survived and prosper without exploring a single barrel of crude but no nation has ever (& can ever)
survive without producing enough to feed its citizens.
With love from your 'Gambari' friend,

Islam for Muslims / 10 Tips On How To Concentrate During Salat (prayers) by aminu150(m): 10:53am On Apr 19, 2013
10 TIPS ON HOW TO CONCENTRATE DURING
SALAT (PRAYERS)" 1. Before standing up for Prayer, try to deal
with all the minor urgent matters which
demand your attention. If you are pressed
by hunger, eat first; if you are pressed to
attend to the ...call of nature, relieve
yourself; if you are the parent of an infant, feed him or her, or keep him or her busy. 2. Perform your wudu’ (ablution) well,
paying due care and attention. 3. Approach the Prayer with zest and
passion as if it is the last prayer in your life
before dying. Actually the Prophet (peace
and blessings be upon him) taught us that
we could do nothing in this world that
could ever surpass Prayer in merit and excellence. 4. Visualize that in your Prayer you are
going to have a special audience with
Allah, Lord of the worlds, and that you are
enjoying a direct communion with Him—
which, in fact, is true. 5. Think of the Prayer you are performing
as if it were the last Prayer of your life. In
fact, it could very well be the last one,
since no one is given a guarantee that he
would live to perform another Prayer. 6. Picture the scene of the Last Day when
people will be lined up into two groups,
one destined for Heaven, and another for
Hell, and ask yourself where you would be
placed. 7. Focus your mind on what you are
reading in your Prayer and recite simple
suurats that you understand it's meaning
and ponder on the meaning whiles u
recite. 8. If, in spite of your best efforts, your
mind is still wandering, seek refuge in
Allah and bring your mind back to Prayer. 9. Pray to Allah and beg Him to grant you
true the joy of concentrating in your
Prayer and protection against the
wanderings of your mind. 10. Place your eyesight to the one spot
where you will be making your sujuud
while you recite and avoid taking your
eyes from that spot

Islam for Muslims / 60 Ways to Show Love to Your Wife from an Islamic Perspective by aminu150(m): 3:42pm On Mar 24, 2013
To make your wife feel love for you from
the bottom of her heart. Here are 60
islamic guaranteed ways for real couples
making love: 1 Make her feel secure; (sakina-
tranquillity) QUIT BEING AGGRESSIVE.
2 When you go home say 'Assalmualikum.
' (Greetings) It kicks the shaitaan out of
your home!
3 Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam) described the wife as a fragile vessel and
said to take care of this vessel that’s
fragile. Remember that there is goodness
in this vessel so treat it gently.
4 When you advise her, do so in privacy, in
a peaceful environment. NOT IN PUBLIC as it’s a type of slandering.
5 Be generous to your wife- it keeps her
LOVED
6 Move and let her have your seat. It will
warm her heart.
7 AVIOD ANGER. HOW? Keep your wudu at all times. Prophet Sallal lahu alaihy
Wasallam said if you are angry, sit down,
if you’re sitting, then lie down. Follow the
sunnah!
8 Look good and smell great for your wife.
IT keeps the LOVE! 9 Don’t be rigid. It will break you. Prophet
Mohammed - Sallal lahu Aleihi Wasallam
(SAW means “May the blessings and the
peace of Allah be upon him” (Muhammad).)
said 'I am the best amongst you and I am
the best to my wife'. Being rigid and harsh will not bring you close to Allah and
neither does it make you more of a man.
10 Listen to your wife-BE a GOOD LISTENER
11 YES to flattering NO to arguing. Arguing
is like poison in a marriage. Al zawai said
'When Allah (swt) wants evil for people He will leave them to argue amongst
themselves'.
12 Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam)
said to call your wives with the best name,
any name she loves to hear. Prophet
Mohammed (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam) called Khadija 'Ya Khadija' as an
endearment.
13 Give her a pleasant surprise. I.e. if she
loves watermelon, bring her one out of the
blue. It will grow the love in her heart.
14 Preserve your tongue! Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam) said the tongue will
throw people in the hell fire so watch
what you say and how you say it!
15 All of us have shortcoming. Accept her
shortcoming and Allah (swt) will put
barakh in your marriage. 16 TELL her you appreciate her. SHOW her
you appreciate her.
17 Encourage her to keep good relation
with her relative, her mum and dad etc.
18 Speak with her with a topic of HER
interest. 19 In front of her relative praise her.
Confirm/ realize that she is wonderful, and
that she is a good person in front of her
family.
20 Give each other gifts. You will love each
other more. Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam) said gifts increases love.
21 Get rid of the routine once in a while,
surprise her with something, it will get rid
of the rust and polish it!
22 Husnul zaan- We have a demand from
Allah (swt) that we have to think good of people. Think good of your spouse.
23 Ignore some of her mistakes- pretend
you did not see/hear some of her small
mistakes. It was a practise of Ali (RA). It’s
like putting a hole in your memory. Don’t
save it in your memory! 24 Increase the drops of patience,
especially when she is pregnant or when
she is on her monthly period.
25 Expect and respect her jealousy. Even
Maulatona Khadija (ra) used to get jealous.
26 Be humble. If your profession is good, respect that she is looking after your
children, she is much more than you, she is
the leader at home, her strength is your
strength, and her success is your successes.
27 Don't put your friends above your wife.
28 Help your wife at home. Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam) used to help his
wives at home and he was the best of
creation. He used to sew his own clothes.
29 Help her respect your parents, you can’t
force her to love them, but she can be
helped to gradually love them. 30 Show your wife she is the ideal wife.
31 Remember your wife in your duaas. It
will increase the love and protect it.
32 Leave the past. It brings nothing but
pain and grief. It’s not your business. The
past is for Allah (swt). 33 Don't try to show her that you are doing
her a favour by doing something, like
buying food for the house, because in
reality we are the courier of sustenance,
not the providers, as Allah is the provider.
It’s also a way of being humble and thankful to Allah (swt)
34 Shaitaan is your enemy, not your wife.
Sometime when husband and wife are
talking a fight breaks out, then shaitaan is
present there as a third person so he is the
real enemy. It is not enough to hate the shaitaan, but you have to see him as an
enemy as Allah has commanded. Shaitaan
loves divorce. HE comes everyday and sits
office and asks the devils what they have
done, some say i have made a person
steal, or i have made someone drink etc. And one devil will say i have made a man
divorce his wife, and he is crowned as the
one who has done the best job.
35 Take the food and put it in her mouth.
Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam)
taught us this. It’s a blessing. The food doesn’t just go to her stomach, but straight
to her heart. It increases the love and
mercy between you.
36 Protect your wife from the evil of the
shaitaan and mankind. She is like a
precious pearl that needs protecting from the envy of human devils and shitaan.
37 Show her your smile. Smile at your
wife. IT’S A CHARITY.
38 Small problems/ challenges can become
a big problem. Or if there is small thing she
didn't like and you keep repeating them anyway, it will create a wall between
you. Don’t ignore them as it can become
big.
39 Avoid being harsh hearted and moody.
Allah said of prophet (saw) 'if you were
harsh hearted they (the companions) would have left you.' It confirms prophet
(Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam) was not
harsh hearted, so GET RID OF IT.
40 Respect her thinking. It’s strength for
you. Show you like her thoughts and
suggestions. 41 Help her to achieve her potential and
help her to dig and find success within as
her success is your success.
42 Respect the intimate relationship and
its boundaries. Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy
Wasallam) said she is like a fragile vessel and she needs to be treated tenderly.
Sometime she may not be feeling well;
you must respect and appreciate that
feeling.
43 Help her to take care of the children.
Some men think it makes them appear less of a man but in fact it makes you appear a
bigger man and more respected, especially
in the sight of Allah (swt).
44 Use the gifts of the tongue and sweet
talk her. Tell her she looks great, be an
artist. Pick and choose gifts of the tongue. 45 Sit down and eat with her and share
food with her.
46 Let her know you are travelling. Don't
tell her out of the blue as it’s against Islam.
Tell her the date/ time of when you are
coming back also. 47 Don't leave the house as soon as trouble
brews.
48 The house has privacy and secrecy. Once
you take this privacy and secrecy to your
friends and family you are in danger of
putting a serious hole in your marriage. This secrecy stays home. Islam is against
leaving them out like a garage sale for
anyone to come and pick and choose.
49 Encourage each other for ibadah, i.e.
plan a trip for hajj or umrah together. It
increases and strengthens the love when you help each other perform a good deeds
together i.e, do tahajuud together,or go to
a dars together etc.
50 Know her rights, not only written in
paper but engraved in your heart and
engraved in your conscious. 51 Allah( swt) said 'live with your wives
in kindness.' Treat them with kindness and
goodness. It means in happy times and in
sadness treat her with goodness and
fairness.
52 Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam) showed that at the time of intimacy. Don’t
jump on your wife like an animal!
53 When you have a dispute with your
wife don’t tell everyone. It’s like leaving
your wounds open to germs so be careful
who you share your problems and disputes with.
54 Show your wife you really care for her
health. Good health of your wife is your
good health. To care for her health shows
her that you love her.
55 Don’t think you are always right. No matter how good you are you have
shortcomings. You are not perfect as the
only one who was perfect in character
was prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy Wasallam).
Get rid of this disease.
56 Share your problems, your happiness, and your sadness with her.
57 Have mercy on her weakness. Have
mercy when she is weak or strong as she
is the fragile vessel. Prophet (Sallal lahu
alaihy Wasallam) said that your wife is a
trust in your hand. 58 Remember you are her strength,
someone to lean on in times of hardship.
59 Accept her as she is. Prophet (Sallal lahu
alaihy Wasallam) said that women are
created from the rib which is bent. If you
try to straighten her you will break her (divorce). Prophet (Sallal lahu alaihy
Wasallam) said that you may dislike one
habit in her but you will like another
manner in her so accept her as she is.
60 Have good intention for your wife all
the time, Allah monitors your intention and your heart at all times. Allah (s.w.t)
said Among His Signs is that He created for
you wives from among yourselves, that
you may find repose in them, and He has
put between you affection and mercy.
Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect. May Allah fill our homes and heart with
tranquillity, love and Mercy. AMEEN

Politics / List Of Survivors Of Kano Bomb Attack Released By The Government. by aminu150(m): 11:21am On Mar 23, 2013
Kano State Governor, Rabi’u Musa
Kwankwaso, has released names of some surviving victims of the Monday luxury bus station attack in Kano State that left many people dead. The list, according to an email to Weekly
Trust by the governor’s Director of Press,Halilu Baba Dantiye, was read by
Kwankwaso to the presidential delegation that came to sympathize with the state over the incident. A presidential team led by the Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, had during a visit to the state on Thursday, separately commiserated with the Emir of Kano Alhaji Ado Bayero and Governor Kwankwaso. The delegation, which comprised the Minister of Police Affairs, Navy Capt. Caleb Olubolade (rtd), Minister of State for Defence, Mrs. Olusola Obada, Chief of Army
Staff, Lt Gen Azubuike Ihejirika and the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar, also visited the survivors and scene of the attack.
Similarly, Governor Kwankwaso, according to a release by Dantiye, had told the Federal Government delegation that majority of the victims of the attack were from Kano or north. “Governor Kwankwaso, who read out the list of 25 casualties of the attack who are currently receiving
medication in hospitals in the state, noted that most of them are either from Kano or of Northern extraction, asserting that the list is a possible reflection of the number of those that lost their lives in the regrettable incident, which was yet to be ascertained,” said the statement.
The governor also flayed those he termed “Abuja politicians” as well as “some senators” over their comments on the suicide bomb attack, saying they were only speaking “rubbish” and should come and see things for themselves as the Federal Government did, “instead of just sitting in Abuja and making wild statements. Kwankwaso, who apparently was referring to Senator Uche Chukwumerije who had
criticized him on the floor of the Senate over the attack, advised “Nigerians to always vote for responsible people who will represent them well and not those who will
spend valuable time fanning the embers of disaffection among citizens of the country.”
“He lamented that the Abuja politicians are trying to bring ethnicity and religion into a problem that has nothing to do with both issues, stating that it is wrong for anybody to relate the bomb attack with any of those issues,” the statement said.
“It is time for us (Nigerians) to work as a family to bring the security challenges to an end and not to use sentiments to worsen the situation,” Kwankwaso was quoted as saying.

I dont trust this JTF and other security agencies anymore. Whenever kano state govt plans to reduce the number of check points and jtf presence within the city, you wil hear something terrible happen. 1. Bomb blast in sabon gari today. 2. Last 3 weeks or so, a mopol commandant in charge of kano was shot dead. Its no coincidence that all these attacks came when the state is considering reducing JTF in kano. I doubt if security forces are not aware of all this before its occurence.

Politics / Pope Benedict XVI Resigns Papacy, Converts To Islam by aminu150(m): 11:11pm On Feb 28, 2013
Dead Seriousness News:
Pope Benedict XVI
Resigns Papacy, Converts
To Islam HOLY SEE – In a shocking press
conference Sunday, Pope
Benedict XVI revealed to the
world that he will be stepping
down from the Catholic Church’s
highest office. “Through prayer and reflection over the past
years,” the world’s holiest man
began, “I’ve realized that Allah
is the one true God.” Amid clattering camera shutters
and roaring reporters, Pope
Benedict patiently answered
questions, citing traditional
Muslim folklore as well as
passages from the Qur’an to explain his decision. His session
was interrupted only once, when
he swiveled South-East to face
Mecca, stooped to the ground,
and recited the Asr, one of the
five daily prayers central to Muslim belief. The startling reversal comes as a
shock to many familiar with the
Pope’s policies on Islam. “Show
me just what Muhammad
brought that was new and there
you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command
to spread by the sword the faith
he preached,” the Bishop of the
Vatican famously said of Islam
in his 2006 lecture Faith, Reason
and the University—Memories and Reflections. When asked about the quote,
Pope Benedict sighed with
good-humored remorse and
chuckled quietly to himself:
“Yeah I’ve regretted that for
some time. But I was young and naïve… I see things much
clearer now. Besides, I’ve always
kinda liked the thought of
having a sword. The Cardinals
were a real pain on that one.” When asked whether he would
be reverting to his born name,
Pope Benedict enthusiastically
interjected. “I’ve decided to
change my name to Sajjad
Sayyid Ratzinger,” His Ex- Holiness explained. “I’m
keeping my surname purely for
logistical reasons, so my
Facebook friends and Twitter
followers won’t be confused.” His transition hasn’t been
without opposition. Hours after
the press conference, a special
Fox and Friends segment aired
on FOXNEWS, featuring a
picture of the Pope photoshopped to include
stereotypical Islāmic features,
including: a turban in place of
his mitre, darkened complexion,
black hair, and Arabic letters
spelling out an endorsement of Barack Hussein Obama tattooed
across his chest. Beneath the
picture, the panel discussed the
possible involvement of Pope
Benedict XVI, 85, in 9/11. The
segment’s title, “The Holy Heathen,” emblazoned the
lower left corner of the screen. This morning, newspapers
nationwide featured an
editorial by Bill O’Reilly detailing
the parallels between the
Pope’s “betrayal of God-loving
Christians everywhere” with the “betrayal of the American
people and the Constitution by
Benedict Arnold, his liberal
agenda, and his radical left-
wing entourage.”

you should be thinking of exporting agricultural produce to india not importing. This is because, i dont think imported wheat will be cheaper than home made wheat.
