Keep up the good work. Terry reminds me of my boy ceaser. Try to introduce him to other pups his age its not necessary but it ll help build his confidence more... also his barking does he bark when hungry and also when seeking attention? If yes thats a dominant sign and your pup may grow to dominate you in the nearest future...i too experienced such with my boerwieller when he was between 5-6weeks he barks when he wants to pee,eat or seeking my attention, after i was corrected by my older brother who owns a presa de canario, now instead of barking my pups whines at me now thats how it ought to be

Your contributions towards terry becoming a well-trained dog is highly appreciated.
Terry yawn frequently anytime he is hungry but yesterday he bark and jump when he see me coming with his meal, so before I give him the meal ,I always use command "sit" make sure terry is well-behave then I give him the meal.
Terry only bark when he wants to poo/play with me

U female Gsd might be experiencing silence heat or dog is tricky that the reason , though some big dogs have thier first heat @ 2yrs.
in case of silence heat you need a male dog around

Terry curiosity to learn new stuff everyday made me introduced some basic commands to him and without too much stress terry perfectly understand come and sit today though I will keep on repeating this commands with him for the next two weeks before i introduced other subsequent commands
Also Terry is learning a lot from my female Gsd which will make his guard instint kick-in very fast

Please can you share details on how you potty trained Terry.

I had to understand how he communicate whenever he want to poo/urinate for instance,he bark loudly whenever he want to poo, then Immediately I take him to the spot i want him to poo/urinate,also as early as 5:30am in the morning I take terry to that same area to do his business becoz most dog poo within this hour, Saturday that I was at home doing some cleaning while terry was off leash I saw him running to that spot to poo without me taking him there, then I knew terry has already gotten we're I want him to poo . Though the training still continue which will last for atleast a month.

Leash/ potty training have been very successful but training still continued
Also Terry started barking very well with deep voice especially when he want anyone attention @home

I discovered that trying to make Terry and my adult female gsd best of friends is a long-term objective.
So I decided to commence leash training in addition to the potty training. Terry hate to walk on leash, whenever I put him on leash he would refuse to walk with me around the compound, in order to prevent problem for me in future that was the reason, leash training commence as well as the potty training.
During the leash training I got a treat which I know terry can't resist
First I allow him to have a taste of the treat so he can focus and draw his attention
Then I keep rewarding him with the treat whenever he move towards the same direction with me this lasted for 25min, though we would repeat the leash training tomorrow, as well as other day early morning/evening throughout this week, then training on basic commands would follow

Next objective is to make Terry and my adult female Gsd best of friend, since terry arrival yesterday she has started acting weird towards me and terry, sometimes she barks @ terry for no reason,try to scared/bite him whenever terry is playing with me, always distancing her self from Terry like sey him get coronavirus.

Terry is a fast learner and not the picky eater type of dog
The first night with terry it was cool because he never act strange to me, the new owner unlike my adult Gsd who refused to eat anything except milk always crying for like 2weeks during mid-night.
Terry adaptating so fast to my feeding pattern gave me so much joy
From when he was brought to me have been able to curb some bad habit I noticed like, No form of signal/communication when he want to urinate/poo but after enforcing some kind of disciplinary measure on him terry now cry out whenever he wants to poo/urinate.
Secondly ,our potty training commence yesterday
Evening and in no time Terry already knows my
Designated spot for him to do his business though the training will still continue until am satisfied with him.

At week 5 after mating pregnancy can be determined by a veterinarian With 99% accuracy via different test.

After mating, food intake(morning and evening) should remain the same during the first two-thirds of pregnancy (approximately six weeks after mating). If a well-balanced super-premium diet is being fed there is no need to use additional vitamin or mineral supplements.
Discuss nutritional supplements and vitamins with your veterinarian before giving them to your dog. Some large breed dogs may have adverse effects if they are given certain supplements
During the last three weeks of pregnancy, food intake can be increased by up to one and a half times the normal level by feeding smaller meals more frequently.

At this period after mating , ur dog doesn't need too much stress like excess barking, running around the compound, rigorous exercise.
If u don't have ppl visiting you frequently then u wud not have issue with excess barking.
Also watch out for the following sign from 21days after the last mating
Basically, Its quite difficult to determine if a dog is pregnant in the first few weeks of gestation. Watching your dog more closely, you might find some of the following signs.

Decreased/Increased appetite: Most Female dogs would either have a slight reduction in the quantity of food consumed and some would eat a lot more. Not all dogs go through this; if your dog doesn't eat much don't force her, likewise if she eats and still asks for more. but be careful not to overfeed her.

Vomiting: Some dogs go through a phase called morning sickness which the symptoms include vomiting. when you notice this in your dog after breeding, don't panic. but if it occurs frequently contact your vet.

Behavior changes: Some dogs get more clingy and require more attention. they want to be with you always and have this look of satisfaction when you're touching them. others just want to be alone and not disturbed. they'll isolate themselves when other dogs are playing. if you notice this after breeding, your bitch might be pregnant.

Discharge from the vulva: This is another sign your dog is pregnant. if you notice a creamy discharge around 3-5 weeks of pregnancy then your dog might be pregnant. this discharge continues till birth and is mostly seen early in the morning.

Change in Nipple color: About four weeks, the color of the nipples begin to turn pink. this is due to the increased level of blood flow in the area. noticing this in a dog that has littered a few times might be a bit difficult, but its easier seen in first timers.

All this and other changes that occurs in your hitching a particular spot at the lower part of the belly, and lots more.
