I don’t know much about PR for Russia though, my trips there was just for visit purpose, first was for vacation then later I also went to watch super eagles at the FIFA World Cup.

The tourist visa is a bit easy to get as long as you have legit supporting documents but I met a couple of Africans based in Russia sha, some are married to Russian ladies but mostly students.

I know that they have a lot of different residents permits Atm,their global residence permits could be the better option for Africans coming from Africa,but I guess it’s for the rich Africans as the requirements involves either buying a house or setting up a business.

Regular Schengen visa structure but malta doesn’t have an Embassy in Nigeria, so you can apply using Italian VFS. Check online

They are a lot of Africans | Nigerians in Malta o ��, most of them stay around Bugibba
