Good evening. Pls is it wise to pay tuition deposit when it's a 'conditional offer' I've gotten (I can meet all the conditions within a week including a pre CAS interview). The agent is saying that the new format for YORK ST JOHN is that you can pay tuition deposit once you've gotten your condition offer (to show you are serious about the offer as they have a long list of people waiting) and that they issue CAS SHIELD (where you can upload all the remaining documents and check your progress and upload TUITION DEPOSIT), after which you get your unconditional offer, and then you can apply for CAS. I told him I'll need at least an unconditional offer first before paying.

Please what's your advice (both students of YSJ and experienced people here).

Please guys! I applied for MSc digital Marketing from University of Lincoln September intake since February( 2 month+) and am yet to get any feedback from them concerning the application. Did anyone here apply into Lincoln . If yes did you get any response yet from them. Please I will like to know cause am begin to be worried now

My Degree Certificate is dated January 2021 and NYSC certificate is dated May 2022.
The study gap is just 2 years if am correct. I want to know do i still need to upload any Work reference or employment reference anything like that

Note; I used a reference letter from my Prof in Undergraduate to get admission

I just saw someone with the exact " success subject ID number as mine" this means the number is not unique and if it is not unique it means the logic above is flawed. So, discard the above and take the exam until it shows "exam taken" on your dashboard.

1opinion:
This is what I got while after helping my brother, after is says submitted, I clicked the ok button after which it came up with the error message, when I try reloading it the message in the picture pop up.

After clicking on “Start Exam”, it takes me back to my dashboard, and to the top right corner is written:
“Time Remaining
00m:00s”, instead of questions popping up. Is anyone having a similar challenge?

The reason why they warn against multiple submission is that we have general assessment and law assessment only. if you do both you have done multiple submission.

That's my own little understand.

I have never seen in a history of CBT that you will allow to write test twice.

There is an error from NDLEA end , we must think outside the box to correct the error.

You're a fool. You've been jumping about insulting anyone with a contrary view. If the site wouldn't allow you to do twice if you've submitted, then why did NDLEA warn against multiple submission?
What do you know about http request?
I don't care if you do it 100 times, just don't mislead others.

I said it, there'd be an extension. I also advised not to try multiple times. Let those that have ears, listen.
You're doing multiple times because you want to see "exam taken" which is just a client side validation and an hitch can even delay it. The server side validation is the success in the address which confirm submission at the backend. Una no dey listen to superior argument, later una go dey cry foul.

Why I strongly belief you should not retake the test
The issue of whether one should retake the test if "exam taken" did not appear in one's dashboard as been long on this forum with no definite answer. Ndlea supposed to tell us what to do in this instance but since they're not coming through, let's apply logic reasoning to what might be the right thing to do.

My reasons to not retake the test are:


1. People said if you didn't see "exam taken" in your dashboard that means ndlea (their server) is not aware you had taken the test. This is definitely not true because after you submit the test, it will take you to a url like this https://cbtservices.online/success?subject_id=12345678. If their server is not aware you had taken the test, what do you think assigned the unique subject id number to you?
So, I strongly belief if you took the test and the server assigned the id number to you then, they know already you had taken the test.
