If WES verified a Nigerian university degree then YES you will need WAEC for upgrade, but if otherwise you wont.

Hummmmm, i doubt ooooo it will hardly come down again this year, only a miracle.......... but your second point is very key...... guys learn french, get other degrees, boost your IELTS and if available reconnect to your Canadian relations. Keep faith alive!!

NECO is quite fast with issuing transcript. Application made August 10, transcript received and acknowledged by WES August 23.

Neco used DHL . For a government agency, I must say that's impressive. Waiting for verification email.

I promised to update you about this after doing mine.

I paid a contact at NECO HQT in Minna on the 6th of August 2018, after sending my NECO cert and WES request form via email to him.

He confirmed the result, processed it and sent to WES on 10th via DHL. It arrived WES on the 15th.

I'm waiting for WES to send the verification email to NECO and I'll tell him to reply. Then I'll be free from WES-NECO wahala.

Your wife will need to retake ielts and aim for 8777 in LRWS @ least.

I suggest that you aply for remarking while you retake the exam...
