Wow! it's been almost 5years I tasted that soup. I love it with goat meat and titus fish. I used palm fruit to make it instead of palm oil. Very tasty! Can I bring my plate?

It is a spice I get from African/Carribean/Mexican stores. It's a combination of spices like cumin, oregano etc depending on the variant you buy.

Apply your seasoning on the Tilapia (in my case i use salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and very little adobo), put some oil on the fish, wrap it in a foil paper, and bake at 400F for 40minutes. You may want to reduce or increase the timing based on your oven heat.
