The biggest mistake any African man can do, is taking his wife abroad, where the law favours women.

It's not like there are no jobs. The 20hours is very limiting. Most employers prefer those who can work full-time.

I would advice try pay up your fees before coming. 20 hours alone would not pay the balance fees and support your rent and groceries shopping. Unless you have a dependant that can support then it gets easier.
