Try deleting some pictures in your gallery Mostly screenshot or whatsapp Images Then delete the thumb data It should reduce I have never seen thumb data so much like that It mostly less than 200mb

Well that is a bootloop issue
Try booting it to recovery
If bootloader is unlocked ...Just try
That Power button + Volume up
or power button + volume down

After that ..Now u have to use the volume up and and down buttons
Navigate to recovery mode and click it
Then wipe system and cache data
Wait for that to be completed
Then try putting it on
It should work
Be warned...You will loose all data

Another method is to flash a custom rom through recovery ..This one works..But dont try it
