I don't agree with you... I applied May 29th and did my biometrics 1st of June. However, no response yet from CIC not even the medical call.Today makes the 10th week, I have sent them an email this morning and I am looking forward to their response makano: I know of 2 June applicants that have been active on this forum, they applied online 1st week and 2nd week of June and have been refused, buh havnt posted anything here since there refusal. And am sure there are many applicants like that. My point is that 70% of June applicants have been given final decisions but only few come back here to update us. |

I called the phone number of "The Childrens Practice and the Consultants Practice", in Ikoyi to book an appointment for next week Monday 6th of August (The next available date) for my medicals but the lady I spoke to advice that I wait for CIC to send me the request if not I am going to delay myself because the people who went that route are having issues. When I tried digging further she did not give more details about it. For me I have agreed to wait for one week before contacting them. mightyola: Thanks...Still no clarity whether we can send Medical report after submitting online? .Although I know some people have done it here and their profiles have been updated consequently.
With Fall session fast approaching and time being an important element, would you advise I go ahead and send my medical report? Thanks |

Yes I am getting the same, but if you checked the top where you have "Applicant information" you will observe the following Biometrics Number: 0000 Date of Biometrics Enrolment: 06/01/2018 Expiry Date: 06/01/2028 I think this is the new update that was implemented early this morning. Still waiting for the medical call though When did you apply? Kishkosh: Goingforward and other June applicants.
Pls, I just logged in to my aacount now and saw 'we do not need your fingerprint' When it was showing completed before. Pls, are you guys getting the same thing? |

Thank you so much I think I will do that on Thursday this week... jnyuwa02: You can send them an important document anytime. You don’t have to wait till processing time is over. If writing trying to confirm the status of your application however, it is advisable you wait till processing time has passed and you didn’t hear from them before contacting them. |

Is this really possible? I submitted online on the 29th of May 2018 and did my biometrics on the 31st of May. I am planning to wait till next week Monday which is on the 6th of August before sending CIC a mail if I don't get the request to do my medicals by then I would have exceeded the 9weeks processing time. Please the gurus in the house should advice jnyuwa02: Yes you can! |
