So sorry for intruding, pls can a school certificate holder register for Ican?

Gaining admission into a university in Nigeria has been a great war to me ever since I left secondary school. My interest is to study Accounting in higher institution, but I have stayed several years at home.
Now I am thinking of registering for Ican but I'm just an O'level certificate holder can this be possible?

I personally do not know the state in nigeria that is most backward but i can tell with proof that AKWA-IBOM state is now the fastest growing state in Nigeria,

According to Jamb, delivery of admited names by all schools to jamb end on 25th November, Uni Abuja is yet to conduct post jamb not to talk of admission list, i sense WURUWURU in their admission this year may God help the helpless,

Guys how about "WILLY WILLY GOST"? back in those days i couldn't watch it because i was very young and the movie was scary

Sorry to say that the school does not worth the name "UNIVERSITY OF ABUJA", Imagine a university in the heart of Nigeria!!! I used to think the school was the best in Nigeria in terms of structural development but when i checked out the school on youtube, Omo nawaoooo!!! I discovered that the school can not stand shoulder to shoulder with the local secondary school i attended, The university is just a glorify secondary school lol,
If every country is asked to present her country's capital university to the world, can Nigeria presents this glorify secondary school?
The year is runing rapidly to an end no post ume exam yet habaaa when other schools are done with 2011 admission,

IN NIGERIA, EVERY REGION THE NORTH, SOUTH, EAST AND WEST HAS ITS OWN SECT GROUP, EVERYOTHER  REGIONAL GROUP IS PEACEFUL AND HOSPITABLE JUST FOR NIGERIA TO MOVE FOWARD EXCEPT THE NORTH!!! WHY ARE THEY POOLING THIS COUNTRY BACKWARD?
GO BACK TO THE ORIGIN OF NIGERIA AND YOU'LL SEE THAT THE NORTH HAS BEEN THE GREATEST PROBLEM OF THIS COUNTRY, WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?
WHAT HAVE THEY REALLY CONTRIBUTED TO NIGERIA EXCEPT KILLING? AND THEY DON'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG IN KILLING FELLOW HUMANS,
THE DEVISION THAT HAPPENED TO THE NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN SUDAN SHOULD EMERGE IN NIGERIA SO THE NORTH CAN DIE IN THEIR ILLITERACY SIENCE THEY ARE NOT INTERSTED IN EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT,

I applied for Political Science, the cut off is 263 but i got 252 and 208 in jamb and post jamb respectively with an average of 230!!! Please what can i do?

@ all, please will it cost up to #200,000 for a social science fresher?

Sorry D7 in english takes you to nowhere in any Nija institution!!!! You can glance through Jamb brochure for more info

Check him out closely and find out something he usually wishes to have,
If you give to him what he ain't gotten befor, I tell you he'll really appreciate it,
eg a suit, laptop, terre d'hermes men perfumes etc,

@ Gakin, you truely understands the kind of pressure we are undergoing now especially those of us that have been seeking for admission into the school for over four years now!!!

Thanks a million for this great info, I'll really need your help too cos I going for Political science under social science but my scores are 252 and 208 in Jamb and post ume respectively, unfortunately Pol science is 263!!!!
