#PublicSpeakingforIntrovertsFact Do you know that most public speakers especially extrovert take hard substances, some tremadol and alcohol prior to delivering a presentation?
To me it's easier giving a public speech than making small talks. I have two presentations next week and at least one more the following week (I put myself I that position ). It's not that I don't feel nervous, I do especially when I'm just starting. But doing presentations, I feel like I'm doing business. But small talks on the other way is something else

Hmm yes o, do you know up till date (despite my age and exposure). still find that a pretty difficult thing to do ?bit few ladies come my way by the virtues of my magnanimity and educational excellence ,then I try to get close. But no lady is ever border around me, I have the words ....can fix you up to an ecstatic level. BUT THE TROUBLE IS IN THE IGNITION (according to R Kelly.
Yeah I find it difficult to ask a girl out. Funny I have female friends who would always ask me of who I was dating. When I tell them I'm single, they usually don't believe. Some of them have tried to hook me up with their friends, but I don't really push for it (if I'm good for your friends, why don't you let me date you ).

I'm trying to be free with the ladies. There's this strategy I want to employ. I want to talk to a number of new girls a week, even if it's just asking them directions for a place I already know.

I have the feeling that would improve my confidence when I meet the ones I do know and like

It feels good to know they're so much people like me.

Right now I'm working on been able to speak in public, I have two presentations next week (I deliberately put myself in that position ).

One thing I'll really love is to have the courage to ask a girl out

I am also among those that benefited from her guides... The first day I read her thread on making $1000 from researching and writing, I found it a bit hard to believe, but was moved when I found out it was a lady that created the thread, I followed the thread and became regular here.
To cut it short, freelancer.com is paying me, at least I've been training myself in school with the little I make there. However, it has not been like a bed of roses for me on that platform, but all the same, God has used Ladywriter, Chidinho, and Tranxo to bless me. I hope to earn higher there in no distant time.

@Everyone.
Perseverance, hardwork, patience and putting God first is just the secret. You can start as an article writer, and also learn to craft other kinds of writing as time goes...
I wish everyone more butter to our breads...
Hello.
Please I want to know if it's necessary to upgrade my profile on freelancer.com and other freelance sites. I've registered for some time now and no success in landing any job. I'm thinking of the upgrade so I can get more bids. Please with your experience is this advisable. I'm into writing and data entry.

Please I'm waiting for a response

Dexema:
Ok good, now you need to market yourself.
First check online and write a good eye catching bio for yourself, make sure to include your experience or and certification if any.
Secondly you need to take basic tests, like numeracy (very simple you can use calculator sef), English level 1/2, (American and British) and other tests in your area of specialty. These tests cost $5 each (na investment). Once you have done this your profile will look catchy enough and a potential client can trust you to a level as a serious freelancer.
Btw, there are points you accumulate by completing your registration, these points can be used to take the tests I talked about above.
Finally, it would do you some good if you can subscribe for the $10-20 a month platform (just for the First or and second month) this would increase your chances to land jobs and also the amount of bids you have.
Kindly look up my comment to ladywriter and try to employ that tactic. Patience is key but you might just be lucky. Kind regards, Dexema.

Change your profile pic and put a good picture of yourself there. Bid continuously on different projects per day (like 10 bids daily). Within a week, you will get a project to do. Also, don't put all your eggs in one basket. Spread your wings to other platforms. You can try Fiverr too. Build a platform (a blog) where you can market your skills directly to clients.

African people, do not continue in this congregesion of slaves!.

Do you know some commonwealth nations are still in slavery?

Do you know the queen of England is still head of state in over 20 black nations?

How long more do you want Britain remember your ancestors were slaves?

Why commonwealth, when Britain itself is exiting the European Union?

If the European Union is not good for Britain, why should the Commonwealth be good for Africa?

My people, think!!

Its time to abolish the commonwealth. See http://www.africason.com/2016/08/its-time-to-abolish-commonwealth-of.html

Above article throws more light why the commonwealth should be abolished. After reading the article you'll understand why.

Read and share on social media.

I can't believe that I share the same human nature with a beast like this.
How can you justify a family not being able to afford a pot of rice for their kids because affording rice in the past regime was a sign that corruption existed?
How can u say that a man who withdrew his child from school because his company folded up making him to become one of the 4.6m Nigeria that have lost their jobs under Buhari, as a sign that there is no more corruption?
How can u justify the inability of Nigerians to afford the basic necessities of life that even beggars in nearby countries take for granted as a sign that Buhari is fighting corruption?
I guess this write up was made to taunt and mock the suffering and dying masses.

I'm not really sure if you are ready to start making money on freelancer yet man.
If you are indeed ready, then you will need to go through the pages of this thread one page at a time.
And yh. Before I forget, please don't venture into anything that involves writing, at least not for now. May be you should try and learn graphics design or something.
Please excuse me, why did you advise that guy not to venture into writing. Is it that the market is already saturated? Please I'll like to know, because I'm also planning on going into freelance writing. Thanks and I'm waiting for a response

I know. Maybe not all, but most of time are scam for sure and I don't have time filtering through what is real and not.

One thing I know for sure is if I can get something good, I'll put in every possible effort and again I don't really need something that would make me a millionaire but just something that can sustain me.

Anyway thanks for your input

Thank you very much for your audience. I stopped writing because I wasn't getting any what so ever.

As I said earlier I'm not asking for money, what I really need is an alternative source of income. I'm not looking for something that would make me millionaire, what I seek is suggestions for things that can give me even 10 to 15 thousand naira per month with little cash investment. I'm willing to put in a lot of time .
