There's minister and minister of state.

Minister is a federal position whilst minister of state is the equivalent of commissioner in states, FCT being the state itself.

So another word for minister of state could be commissioner of FCT . But since FCT is a full on FEDERAL entity , they are called minister of state

I wonder in what part of your world a non Nigerian would be allowed to compete for Nigeria at the Olympics? How is he a Jamaican yet has been cleared by IAAF to compete for Nigeria as a Nigerian as indicated by IAAF on their website when you click on Mike Edwards sport profile?

Besides a lot of us Mike fans are massive voters and do so because we truly love who he is and what he represents. The first ever openly declared married man on BBN who has remained focused, drama free, cheat free, scandal free, totally positive influence and who has made so many married people who have never watched this show due to their observation that it is immoral to begin watching it.

That is a brand i will push with Pride.

Switching of allegiance for sports is fairly common., although the reverse is always the case as its usually Western countries that come to harvest young ripe athletes from Africa. That's exploitation. Mike is a Jamaican through and through. He has even confirmed it in the show and interviews. His wife is also a Jamaican. He was prevented from playing for Nigeria in the last commonwealth games because of this fact. He only recently secured the Nigerian citizenship for a buck and his mother's almost erased ties with Nigeria. Which isn't all that hard to get by the way.

I have always been a major voter for Mike and this time is no exception. So far personally my 4000 euros has gone into sponsoring votes for Mike as i am not currently in Africa and thats about 1.6m naira. We push till the finish line on Thursday.

I'm doing Mercy and Frodd this week.

Mercy is still my girl inspite of her team splitting votes last week and putting us at a disadvantage. I won't visit the sins of the father on the children.

Some to Frodd because I know some team Frodd might migrate to Ike in event of his future eviction.

Mike is a no-no. His fans have always claimed his % were entirely there own creation and there's never been any credit to Ikegang even when I know how we've gone all out for him in the past.
The only Mike fan that claimed to vote Ike last week was genuis44 and even he split up his votes and merely gave Ike a pittance.

Very possible since both were sharing votes to other teams like gala. I know of some team Ike on this thread who voted Cindy last week. Some didn't even vote at all. I won't blame team Mercy completely as some actually voted Ike last week. Major problem was they were both splitting votes to the newcomers. At least 15% of the 25% belonging to Cindy, Joe and Elo should have been Ike's and that should have given him a cool 30%. My major problem was the Merike fans splitting vote.

check the calibre of people up when mike topped with 30%. Three of top five were up. Mike tacha and omoshola.

Mike topping Tacha isnt my bone of contention. My argument rather is the 33% isn't directly proportional to voting strength since there were only 4 housemates up eviction. Tetehjewels earlier said Tacha went down from 30% to 26% and he believes that with that, Mike's 33% has given a huge margin to Tacha's. Not knowing her 26% might mean even more voters than his 33%.
