A lot of people only want to pitch their tent with people they know have supporters and not necessarily for the show/content they bring. That's BBN-verse for you. I noticed some of his fans went silent when he appeared on the bottom but I don't roll that way. I'm an active watcher and asides liking Ike for his personality, I like him for what he brings to the show. If others don't like that, their biz. I know what I like.

I can say without a doubt that Ike is amongst the 6 people that Ebuka said brings something to show. 6 of 20 is enough for me. Ike is the only person from his set that is interesting to watch. He's not perfect but all his imperfections makes him even more endearing to me.

My first and only take on this Jury brouhaha.

I like Uriel, Would have preferred her to stay as she's such a delight to watch. I will definitely miss seeing on my screen.

However, the jury should not be dragged for their decision. Whether it's from personal bias or something much deeper, they reserve the right on who they want to stay or who they want to leave. Let them express their choice however they want to.

If you love a HM so much or you enjoy their content, vote for them! Once they make the bottom, they're as good as gone anyways. What If it was a typical eviction with two people leaving, will Uriel not have been evicted? Everthing shouldnt devolve into arguments about personal bias and tribalism. There will always be unconcious bias in life. If I was in a position to pick someone I don't know to someone I know, I'll definitely go with someone I know. The Jury thing is a power given to ex HMs that were not invited to partake in the show. They want them to feel as though while they weren't invited in, They're still considered important enough to influence the game in the house. That's a power bestowed to them by production. Let them exercise it how they see fit. Time and time again, emotions and sentiments drive a typical Nigerian and it's always disappointing to see it devolve to something ugly.

If you like someone, vote for them to stay in the game.

Nah... You're very wrong there. Ike simply went with people he was already cool with and comfortable with. Unfortunately, those people wanted him to be their puppet because of his generally laid back demeanour. They wanted to HOH by proxy. Especially Venita That he resisted their machinations is why they turned against him and made his HOH a horror. You can't blame someone for having friends that are not loyal. I doubt he'll ever make the same mistake if choosing this people again if he becomes an HOH.

Ike impressed more this week than I ever thought possible because not only did his reign bring more content than ever, he pushed back at people that felt they could control him. That's why Venita and Mercy resigned as bff. If they got their way, do you think they'd resign?

A lot of HMs keep saying they didnt know a side of this Ike existed. That's because they're used to the laid back guy that doesn't like wahala, not an authority figure that won't take rubbish and give it to you hot hot. That's why they're pained. I honestly do not care if all the HMs don't like Ike. That house without Ike would be delawoodians lounging. I'm more proud of his second outing than ever.
