We are not saying two different things, I mentioned those competitions and death because it is in such competitions that evil is endorsed and we can call it a game.
In Nigeria as well as BBUS and the likes there are rules, the guy used a racist slur and was rightly disqualified, if someone on the BBNaija show makes a sensitive statement not liked by Nigerians same fate may befall that person.

The point is they are not different from each other in those games the viewers don't always decide their fate so they can be doing "blindsides" and "betrayals" with no much backclash.
If the viewers were always deciding their fate like it is done in BBNaija they would not do that and you will not see some kind of dsiplay because the public that will give you the money will not take that. You are forgetting that in their setting the public doesn't decide it all, if the public did it would not be different from the Nigerian reaction. And you will say that they are just too emotional and it removes the fun e.t.c.
How many Americans even watch those reality shows? Even viewership is not high compared to BBNaija that the entire Africa is watching.
The point is nobody wants to watch their gutter behaviour on TV even though we are all hypocrites, in BBNaija the viewers are deciding your fate and viewership is high. Other international shows don't have same setting if they did it will not be different from the Nigerian reaction.

Pere is the only one playing the game the way it's supposed to be played. Watch international franchises of BB and Survivor and see that blindsideding and betrayal is usually applauded and rewarded. Normal rules of morality does not apply in the game.
