it depends on your finance and the number of birds u want to keep. A unit cage of 80-90 layers capacity would cost you between 80- 40k for new and used respectively. cage system however ensures 1. good litter mgt, 2. reduction in feed n water wastage , 3. optimum space utilization, 4. low cannibalism but little or no exercise which encourages fat accumulation.
So weigh your options.

If that's the way please save some more money and get a good one from a well known Breeder,problem with buying cheap dogs is a few months from now you'll come back here and be complaining that your dog is this,your dog is that.Since you're a first time owner I'll offer you a pedigree slantback,tattooed and microchipped for 80k...not for anything but because I bought a similar dog to the one you're looking for n had to sell her off because she was a poor gsd specimen...drop your number op n I'll contact you,you can also pay in installments...just please don't buy any dog in a rush n regret later. ✌�

from your picture the water is polluted, you have a poor water managment, that is a fungi infection so you need to treat them with a antifungi drug + salt for atleast 5 days

The problem when have with our current system is 1) the masses don't really partake in governance because they don't really contribute from their pocket

2) our revenue is very very very small compared to our population ...and the government are scared to tax cos they know the implications ( people will hold them more accountable
