I even expect margins in those areas. Something is telling me that Kaduna might outperform Kano this year in terms of total votes
You are right by the looking of things Kaduna will give Apc more votes than Kano.
Voters turnout was good in Kaduna.

This should be a cause for comcern for atiku. His best Areas are already out while Buhari still has the likes of zaria.

See Giwa Lg, Kaduna:

APC: 45,574

PDP: 9,838
This is senator Hunkuyi zone Northern Kaduna. and He was beaten blue black by lower politician in person of Speaker Abdu Kwari. Buhari is a religion for poor masses in Nigeria.

Make we de wait for the remaining LGA. Jemaa and kachia are huge PDP strongholds. Am sure some margins would be crossed.

If AtikuObi can gather 45% in KD...-it's not bad
Jama'a and Kachia apc is doing good.

Hell Rufai has succeeded in rigging Kaduna. Ideally, PDP should win because of Killings of Christians in the South and Shiites/El Zarzaky factors.

See this talking of rigging. El rufai is getting more votes from southern Kaduna nt as expected. He will win more local governments from southern part unlike in 2015.

There was roughly 700k deficit for the PDP in this state four years ago.

If the trend continues in this state it means they have recovered some ground. Projecting say 200k deficit if we assume a linear progression. Not looking good for the APC here.

Don't bank on kaduna state for now...

Heed the advise.
Am in Kaduna here APC won one local government from southern part of Kaduna State which is PDP stronghold. and only Igabi local government in Kaduna central can deliver APC 98,000 votes not let talk about ZARIA, KADUNA NORTH AND KADUNA SOUTH which has 100k plus apc votes.

If this result is correct, then Atiku is doing very well, this is about 26% good one
As results are coming from various regions it means APC and PDP have the required 25% quota.
Now what will be important is highest number of votes CASTED overall.

I'm a Buharist, but I'm not too hopeful anymore. I mean, look at the numbers coming from South East so far and Akwa ibom. How is Buhari going to offset those numbers? Given that Buhari isn't performing too well in the Southwest. Moreover, he may have lost Ondo from results released so far.

I think we should be worried

But for your information Northern states have more local Governments.
E.g Kano has 46 LGS
KATSINA 44

winar:

Why's that? The readiness to vote was high in the South East. Do you think all of them will still turn up on February 23?

But the same can't be said about the North. Most of them vote no matter what. And Buhari clearly has the majority of supporters in the North.

So don't you think that's a legitimate concern? Or are you a Buhari supporter?

How much is Nyamiris votes? their 90 percent turnout is equal to 3 states in the North!!
