The now steal shamelessly without any concrete explanation or rather don't respond to queries from customers they ripped off.

My experience this morning with 9mobile.
I haven't used the line in several months since I linked it to my Nin last year and decided to add credit today

The balance read zero, so I decided to put a fair amount on it after that I was sent notification my line was credited with the said amount but my balance is still zero

So I thought maybe im owing on the line but then the balance should ve read MINUS whatever amount.

So I tried again with a small amount of 100naira again credit notification came balance still ZERO.

Livid, I called 200 customer care and a lady who attended said I may be owing on the line but I told her NO my balance should have read negative and not zero...

She offered to check the line and after that she said I'm no longer owing but I was owing previously...the amount I was owing remained a top secret.
She then told me I could go ahead and credit my line with confidence.

Bemused, I cut the line and went ahead to cautiously add another 100 naira.

Lo and behold, 9 Mobile brazenly stole another 50 naira out of that too, crediting me with just 50 naira.

I just took the Sim out and put it aside.

Beware guys telecoms banks and fintechs have declared war on you their customers.

What she didn't explain to you is that you got winback bonus with the recharge.
