civilserva: I bought the Visafone Bold 5 just for downloading (i dont really like keypad phone), the speed is quite discouraging in the locations i mentioned earlier. Make sure you check the speed in your location before you buy.

civilserva: With due respect to the poster, which location did u get the download speed you claimed? I have the visafone bold 5 and i have never got above 25kbps in Surulere, Apapa and Amuwo odofin. After testing their services in these 3 location, i concluded they must have throttled the download speed. Aside this, normal browsing is fast.
