It was at that school that she took the decision to join the Nigerian Air Force, following recruitment drive for medical personnel.

"It was actually a dramatic situation. My mom Hajiya didn’t like it at all. And my dad pretends that he also didn’t like it in order to please her. But he actually encouraged me and respected my choice," the widow said.

The reigning Face of Idoma, Miss Joy Onazi was yesterday evening involved in an auto crash which claimed two lives.

BENUE.COM.NG understands the accident occurred at Ikpayongo close to Makurdi as she was returning from a humanitarian effort at Ado local government area.

According to eye witnesses, she was on top speed when three people entered the road, an old man, a boy and a little girl pushing a wheelbarrow. In an attempt to dodge them, she swerved and hit the boy and the girl after which she skidded into the bush to hit a tree.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that the boy and girl lost their lives, one immediately while the other some hours later however the queen is said to be in good condition.

Agila Carnival, organisers of Face of Idoma are yet to make an official statement, saying they were studying the circumstances that led to the unfortunate incident and would address the media at the appropriate time.

Does the above factors means dis-integration of nigeria comes 2015 as predicted by the USA.

I believe that so many Nigerians will be disenfranchise come 2015 Election, because some Eligible voters Registered in different part of the country and as @ today lived from their place of registration.
For eg, I personally registered in Lagos and as @ today I live in benue state and therefore I can't collect my PVC to vote for candidate of my choice.
I write to advise INEC to look into how they can work it out for Eligible voters like me to collect their PVC outside the state of registration.
