Any Cyber Cafe that is using IPNX or related ISP's that have CAP limits ie if you pay for 15GB download, once you exceed your CAP limit, they disconnect your subscription until you renew, you may need a Linux Based Firewall to do a very good Bandwidth Manager functions and more in your cafe.
