3. ADC is Atiku and the north’s SPV for a quick return to power in 2027. They have absolutely no interest in giving Peter Obi or any southerner the party’s ticket. So, the best Obi can get is to be the Vice Presidential candidate for 8 years and nothing more.


Finally, I think it’s time for Peter Obi and his supporters to quit being emotional and get pragmatic. They either move out to another platform where Obi will contest and lose or they accept to be Atiku’s spare tyre in ADC and see where it goes.
