Waiting for 3 week is not bad, But if really I am so freaked, I would not go beyond 2 months .Though some girls can be tough and will almsot fustrate you.Just let them be after 2 month if they don't agree to your proposal.A girl who loves a guy will not play hard to get for so long.For shakara girls count me out.
