Biometric is just to get ur fingerprint data so they can investigate you and properly identify you

I HAVE LANDED SAFELY, INFACT GOD MERCY WAS THERE FOR ME, I WASN'T QUESTION AT ALL, SHE ONLY ASK MY RETURN TICKET AND I GAVE IT TO HER AND SHE STAMPED IN ..MERCIFUL FATHER

Have really be facing a lot of questions at Kigali about my visa from Ghana, asking where in Ghana, said Accra ,ask where in Accra...am just so fed up...if I con reach SA nko...u people should tell me Ghana immigration office in Ghana and where I can say I stay in Ghana also , cos a residents permit of Ghana was made on my visa

It's best your friend writes a signed letter stating that he/she would accommodate you for the period of your stay (stating the duration) and would ensure that you leave the Republic at the end of your authorized stay.

He/she should also include a phone number, a certified copy of his data page and permit (for non South Africans) or ID for SA citizens and Permanent Residents.

The reason for this letter is to prove to the PoE officials that you have somewhere to stay. If you present only two days hotel booking for a 13 day stay, it raises serious questions on your credibility as a genuine visitor.
