Most qualified Nigerians have decent jobs there. What happens is that in the first year, some are unable to get jobs at the level they were back home because of the usual request gor Canadian experience. That cancels out in a few years in the worst scenario. By that time, guy is already a citizen.

Btw, most of those exposed to Japa within the banking system are core staff not the contract, remember that banks make use of mostly lower graders (ND, NCE, HND & BSc) as their counter officers, which are not really the class that seeks to Japa

Lolzz, in my branch, contract and core staff japa at the same rate, because they are non core staff doesn't mean they don't have the means to japa, more contract staff japaed in my branch compared to core.

My dear the choice is yours to make but if it's me, I won't take the job. I wish it's firstbank that you got, dpse in firstbank are not put under too much pressure, they are called Pos captains their job is to onboard terminal and they are paid 130k plus and they can be converted to a core staff after one year. You can decide to start and see how it is over there.

Also apply for gtbank graduate trainee program if you are within the age range.

It's okay but you will be given targets to meet weekly and I heard Polaris don't pay well, you can take it though while aspiring for better things, it would have been better if it was firstbank atleast you have a shot at being converted and they pay better, I doubt Polaris convert their non core staff.
